Going off finasteride, the gyno's killing me

try taking Nolvadex(tamaxofen citrate) .... it has an 80% reported effectiveness in reduction or complete resolution .... I've always had a slight case of gyno even when i was a teen and super skinny. I started taking it when i saw signs of it increasing with my Dutas. It helps a ton ... if you do 20mg morning / 20mg night until you see it subside then just start taking a low dose EOD or so to keep it away. When I lowered my dose of Dutas(to see if that would help) it caused my gains to disappear and a shed. I'd assume if you lowered your finasteride dose any benefit that you'd get from a full dose would disappear also.

Honestly tho it could just be pseudo and just fatty deposits if you don't feel anything growing underneath. Have you gained any weight since starting?

No it's not weight gain for sure, it only affects the chest area and it's really bad... anyhoo, I'll drop finasteride since all it does is give me sides and no hair at all. 1.5 years should tell if it's working, I still got the bad scalp itch that I never had before starting finasteride. I'm so f*****g stupid not to stop it earlier.

No need to stop the meds, just get some generic Anastrozole from United Pharmacies and take half a pill every four days

Doesn't that cancel out the effects of the meds? I too think I am getting gyno from 0.5mg of Dutas, not just paranoid there is definetely some hard tissue, and the tingling. I thought it had gone after this month but it hasn't. sh*t thing is my loss is uber aggressive so i don't know what else to do. I can't see every other day dosage will be effective because of this aggressiveness.

The quick answer would be "yes".

As for arimidex cancelling the gains out, I doubt it. There will be more testosterone, so it would be marginally worse, but if the alternative is a pair of tits then there's no choice to make really, is there? :mrgreen:

I'm going onto low dose Tamoxifen as soon as it arrives from UP as well as the Arimidex. I've got some serious tit growage going on at the moment :thumbdown2:
