Btw i forgot to say my trichologist might suggest me to do dutasteride mesotherapy every 3 months. How does it compares to topical? Because it is hella expensive.

Mesotherapy is syringe injections. Derma stamping by itself is called mesotherapy if you go deep enough.

Ok let me recap before making it this weekend. 2 pills avodar in 1 ml of PEG/Ethanol? Is it the same concentration as ru? 70ml PEG and 30 ml Ethanol? Also what %ethanol are you using? Thanks for the info.

I just poke a hole in a dutasteride capsule and empty it inside a tiny 10ml bottle. I use 8 pills at once and then add 5ml of my already bought 2% spironolactone liquid which contains ethanol. Then shake it really hard and it mixes perfectly. You dont need to be so picky with it. I make fresh batch everytime. Apply around 7ml at once. Even using minoxidill as a vehicle is fine too as Long as it dissolves good. Just make sure it contains ethanol.

The oil inside 8 caps of dutasteride turns to around 2ml. My formula dont have PG but something similar which is less irritant than pg. Spironolactone is fine no sides but now i will only use it as a vehicle for my duta pills once weekly. U can use ethanol and pg if you can buy strong enough alcohol.

I was thinking on 95% ethanol. Also what is the dutasteride concentration when you mix ot with 5 ml solution? I'm not good at this.

Think of it like this 1ml solution is 2 caps of duta which is 0.1%. im not that picky as Long as i have 4mg of duta on my scalp im good.

Do you really need 7 ml for the entire scalp??? That sounds like a lot. 1= 20 drops, 7ml = 140 drops. I might be stupid but 140 drops would cover my head four times.

Yes i need at least 6ml to cover my scalp. I comb my hair back and wet it slightly, then I apply 6 to 7ml all over and rubb it in hard. Keep in mind that alot of the liquid Will get absorbed by your hair. So you dont even end up having 7ml on your scalp but more like half of that. Bro do what u want man.
