At least 4L up to 8-10. Well when I started gymming I aimed for 2 gallons.
Right now I haven't been as disciplined so a few litres, maybe 3.

There's not much of a "routine" I just was already doing the basics of what other people in that thread suggested, moisturing, creams, peels etc. The only thing I can offer which wasn't mentioned by others, is facial yoga, twice a day for up to 10mins (I did it while driving) 6 months in and you'll feel the difference. Even if you have to make ridiculously psychotic facial expressions (don't do it in the mirror as some suggest, feels like an acid trip).

Well like the post I quoted said, after improving just from drinking water alone, you'll want to take further steps.
Water is great for your mood anyway, I know when I'm feeling a bit off I know it's usually down to lack of water that day.

My goodness, even a man has his best time in life up to a maximum of 40... after that it's downhill.
The body of a person was made for about 40 years (nature).

A beautiful man or woman does not automatically have beautiful children!!!!!

Haha not that I'm aware of.
She picked my short/ugly/bald dad over plenty of Chads. My dad hit the Norwood hard in his teens. By 30 he was a NW6/7.
My mom liked him and didn't care. That's why she has never understood why I have so much trouble. To her those standard things of traditional male beauty were never very important. She has also led a blessed life of being beautiful, so she just assumes everyone everywhere is nice and friendly, etc, because they are to her.
