@Xander94 my friend it seems to me that you should seek professional help and maybe look into an anti-depression and anxiety treatment.
from what I gathered hair is not your issue. you still have a head full of hair yet you feel the way you feel. so your problems is not the hair loss.
I suggest stop blaming the hair (that you have yet to even lose) for your problems and start doing something about the real ones.

I'd suggest quitting this forum, it's hella toxic and it only makes people who feel bad feel worse, it's a pit of darkness and as long as you keep checking this forum you won't get better.
hell I've been here about a year ago or so and it was just the same, I quit it for a year, and to tell you the truth I wasn't even thinking about my hair loss anymore and didn't feel bad about it, but then something triggered my thoughts about it again, ( I'm not sure what, maybe I noticed some further hair loss) so I decided to check this forum again yesterday, and after 30 min of reading into this forum I already wanted to kill myself.

stay away from this toxic community. seek out professional help, a shrink or such, looking into medical treatment for depression and anxiety and consider giving it a try.

it will cure you.

As for Xander. There are numerous ways to relieve stress:

Heaven route:

1) f*** some pussy, hire some sl*ts. The amout of dopamine will be the max.
Monk route:
2) Meditate.
Meh route:
3) Be a wanker, watch anime and play video games.
The destructive route:
4) Drugs and Alcohol.
AlphaOmega route:
5) f*** society. Total anarchy. Do whatever the f*** you want.

the stress routes for me- i'm a mix of meh, monk and "destructive". i meditate a lot, do my hobbies like watching shows and music and video games, and i also love cannabis. sh*t i usually combine them. one of my favorite things to do is walk while stoned. not all drugs are destructive, weed is fine, among others. definitely one of my favorite coping mechanisms. also alcohol can be ok BUUUUUUUTTTT its a slippery slope.

I go to the gym everyday and aside from workceling I browse lookism and hairlosstalk all day and constantly shuffling pictures around for tinder.

Im at stress all day thinking what I should do and do nothing finally. Im living the same day every day

I can't even sleep properly

Have slowly been like that for the past 5 years the last 2 years it has gotten extremely worse (due to stress of baldness and agepill).

No vacation no friends no social interaction.

First of all, see no shrinks. You're the best shrink in town, and you need to get yourself healed. Start by thinking what you want of life, what are your desires that you can reach, set goals and aim for them. Divide them on long term, and short term ones. Once you start reaching them, you'll be so much happier, fulfilled, and you'll get your life back.

Social life will come as a reward. You have no friends because you're stuck in a loop and depressed, once you get out of it friends will come to you naturally.
