. You seem to have a lot of hair btw. It’s not very noticeable. Can relate to taking spironolactone too, but I was 18 (I’m 19) & I was desperate. Made me fat tho lol. Anxious Andy, idk how old you are, but i’d recommend that you stay far away from spironolactone.

I'm 20. spironolactone is nothing really, I'm using 200mg daily and feel pretty good, low libido. Got my topical estrogen and started using that, I doubt I will get many side effects, maybe not even gyno as I was on spironolactone for 6 months and never experienced breast pain. I am guessing it didn't work for you since you went for daro but how was your experience with it?

Why not inject Testosterone in order to combat the ED sides? You'll gain spironolactone's androgen blocking effects but also retain your libido. You can also use a cream like dermacrine to increase test.
100 mg of spironolactone will start to induce gyno around breast. So though your theory is basically correct, there won’t be immediate hair growth results. Topical spironolactone is available, but as others have said doesn’t yield immediate results either.
The problem is we only want effects to scalp. How do we cut androgen/DHT destruction only to scalp. So far nobody’s done it, though I keep trying.

Hi mate,
This is of real interest to me. I actually use testosterone for fitness and well being purposes and and would definitely say that the escalation of my hairloss over the past few years has been mainly due to this - hence my current regimen which has halted things. I've been reading about treatments ranging from mild to full on hardcore for many years and would say my knowledge is pretty good overall. My main interest has been finding some good solid information on using testosterone and maintaining strength and fitness alongside Oral Spironolactone in the hope of regrowth and how it would interfere with training/physique. I've seen many conflicting stories on here about spironolactone with some guys using it with great success and results with almost no sides and changes in physique to the likes of anxiousandy who said it did nothing but make him shed.
