That's my point. If all your hair is wet and you comb it back like yours was, you are basically causing the hair to kind of stick up and the fold backwards, it also sticks together, and plus the harsh lighting allows it show down betweem the stuck together, pointed upwards hair if that makes sense. You MAY not be losing hair.
Here is one. Combed and sides look denser due to closer to the sides and literally clump. But may still he losing. All very wet here.

In my opinion, full head. No hair loss at all. This first one was just a bad photo, with partial wet hair, pointing upwards, stuck together, under very bright light.

Take pictures every 1 to 3 months, and see how it looks. Take 2 from the top like this. Wet and dry. 1 from each side with hair pulled back and 1 from the front with hair pulled back. As long as it stays looking like this then you are fine. Try not to stress about it in between pictures, try not to reach up and touch it all the time or check it in the mirror. Take pictures and move on, then take them at their time. The pictures will show if anything changes, AS long as you take them as close as possible to the same angles and same lighting. So go ahead and choose that set up now and take some. Then again in 1 to 3 months. So let the pictures do what they are supposed to.

Edit: Also on the picture you just posted, in case you wanted a detailed opinion. See how the light is hitting the front and left top of your head more and we can see the hair stuck together more, and through the hair a bit. That is only because of the light source, and the hair being together. Then towards the right top and back we can't. There is no hard light source there and it is shadows casting not allowing us to see through at all. 100% if you change the light source it would look the same from any direction. Your hair seems to be descently dense and thick. You could pull off a slicked back hair style like this with that density and hairline.

So, just take pictures and if anuthing changes then you know something is up, as long it stays the same you are good. And my last advice is, if you continue to just worry and worry, then maybe try 0.25mg of finasteride a day just for peace of mind, and it should, if it works, keep your hair anyway. I typed way more than I meant to.
Thank you. I'll see what trichologist sais but it's just my hair part a bit wide that is also concerning. It isn't ultra wide. But wide a bit. I'll update everyone what happens. Also baby hairs along hairline hopefully they just natural and don't proceed further. My grandpa was 82 with receeded hairline but the hair was thick even though it was nearly and island, on the island it was thick hair. Bit weird.. Basically no one in family is really bald just one uncle.

So scared to try finasteride though.

Miniaturization. The good thing is that it doesn't look like you have a lot of completely lost hair - it's just thinner. Get on treatment to thicken them up before they die off.

I don't see miniaturization? I'm so confused. Maybe I have Telogen Effluvium, Because look at the first pic. Those little hairs you see are way longer than miniaturization hairs, or it's early stages.. because hairs are to long. Looks like Telogen Effluvium.. Thoughts?
