Didnt pick up girls, the fact some making out could desproy my combover helmet in front of people that last saw me with 2cm lowertemples and almost twice as thick hair made me self conscious about it

I experienced lower libido after taking finasteride and everyone was telling me its just in my head. I stopped taking it and now libido is much higher but not as high as before finasteride but i feel much better

Just get on propecia, and then get the gyno surgery when it develops. It's not a big deal.

It hurts like hell, it's 5000€ if your insurance doesn't cover it, and you will wear a kind of "bar" over it for a month after the surgery.

If you stay on propecia, the gland will continue to grow afterwards. Of course they demand that you're off propecia before and after the surgery, forever.

Common sense really. So no, not a brilliant plan at all.

More than likely the gyno will eventually stabilize after a year or two on propecia, following the initial rise in estrogen caused by the drug. If you're still having nipple/chest sensitivity, then obviously wait to get the surgery.

Gynecomastia occurs in less than 0,5% taking finasteride and most of the time is only unilateral and not huge. Most cases even subside after not taking the drug so the possiblity even though it's there it's small. If hair loss is causing you to feel bad, it's a rational risk. Some people take medications with worse side effects for less.

If you think about every side effect of things you'll go insane. Tuna is good protein but has a ton of mercury, fruits have chemicals in them, women take the pill that has some serious and much common side effects (and they are a known carcinogen!). I used to drink this aloe vera drink, found out it's a known carcinogen. It seems like everything these days will give you cancer.

There are plenty of hair styles you could pull off with the quantity of hair you have and none of them are even close to this:

so don't even try it. Why you choose to waste your time with good hair is beyond me? If you are like this now I don't know how you will live with yourself when it actually gets bad.
