However, I am interested in the following, if I remove the surgical testicles, but at the same time I will not take estrogen and will live only due to the amount of testosterone that the adrenal glands produce, what will it be? I mean, will I be constantly tired and in a daze? I just wonder how the castrates lived about 200 years ago, because they obviously didn’t accept anything, did they always walk in a state of fog?

This is before my surgery my regiment was saw palmetto and nizoral shampoo, I started balding at 17 and I was almost 20 before my orchiectomy. My crown is extremely thin and I had annoying acne and inflammation in the scalp

This is 3 months after orchiectomy , without estrodial, finestride or minoxidil,i only used nizoral at that time
Iam gonna talk to my endocrinologist to start me on estradiol(estrogen) hopefully this month because I feel like sh*t right now and I might add topical minoxidil for a boost, honestly Iam still not pleased with the orchi results I think it only stopped further hair loss but the regrowth here is insignificant, and I will need to add few more things to get my full head of hair back, i will start with estrogen and monitor the result for 6 months if my hair didn't fully recovery iam gonna add minoxdil and if minxodil fails me iam gonna hop on finestride to destroy the 1% of dht that the adrenal produce if that didn't go well than I will need a surgery to remove my adrenal glands since they produce some testosterone(joke)

Oh yes, you are right. As I said, this is just insane, I want to try using some AA, but I'm afraid that if I decide to stop taking it, the androgen splash will start as the testicles try to return everything as before and I will lose my hair in a hurry.

But didn't the process of removing the testicles contribute to this? That is, you can grow bald patches and then just stop taking hormones and your new hair won't fall out, no?

These result are only from blocking androgens through testicles removal(orchiectomy), adding estrogen will result in further growth and if i stop taking estrogen down the road the improvement will just freeze but iam not gonna lose hair, i might shed few hair from hormonal imbalance but not permanent miniaturization from male pattern baldness, but what is the point of staying without hormone, it is not fun trust me

Are you planning to remove gynecomastia in the future, which is likely to grow if you sit on hormones? Damn, I want to believe that I could live a normal life without taking hormones from outside

OP even with your bald spot, you have great hair. If you do not continue to lose, you have so many options to style your hair so that the bald spot isn't visible. I hope you'll find the fine balance between keepi g your hair and not messing up your body. Good hair won't make a difference if the body is messed up.

If balding hits me at 25+ I won't go for this routine but I was reckless and frustrated to get my youth back, but now it's too late, there is no point of going back to Testosterone so why not go for nw0 in the coming year I believe it's achievable since some people went from nw3+ to nw1

I definitely believe you, but wouldn't a messed up body in your old(er) age be a nightmare? It's definitely your body, your choice. I am just trying to tell that right now you have the hair that MANY on this forum dream of.
