Sure, to you, you don't like him. There are undoubtedly many women who don't like him.
But that doesn't affect him, because at any point in his life he has lots of desirable women to choose from.
Looking "ok" to everybody doesn't matter romantically, what matters is being hot to enough people.

Last night, I uploaded five pics onto rankmyphotos.com and they're still listed as "waiting". That's frustrating, I want a number damnit even though I'm already convinced that site isn't reliable.

At best, there's a scintilla of hope for us.
We might actually look "ok" to everybody if we put in a ton of work.
But without a few defining features it will be incredibly difficult and unlikely to appear "hot", even if those defining features end up dividing women, with some finding them and some finding them sexy.
If I woke up tomorrow, and lived in a world where 80% of women found me ugly and 20% find me hot, I would be in nirvana.
