Dude, you are posting on every forum but you dont have hairloss. Almost everybody have a left temple more profond than the right one thats all. Please go to a psychiatrist for your bdd. Peuple here a very good for specific advices about treatemenr but not to listen everyday. EVERYBODY HERE HAS BDD, even me, so please, pleeeeease go sée a spécialist for mental health

Yep, you can drink topical minoxidil. Janey and a few others do. If you can’t get RU then I’m not sure how you can get your hands on a topical anti androgen. But oral minoxidil will definitely be a big help.

With finasteride i can improve my density on my hairline ? At the end of november it will 1 year that i started finasteride

Aside from the fact that your hair looks pretty thick as it is, it's unnecessary to assume that finasteride isn't working just because you're seeing 25 more hairs when brushing. Stay on finasteride, monitor your hair with pictures. And consider seeing a psychologist, you don't sound well.

It could be a shed, it could be that the disease is advancing and you need more reinforcement. At least your density on top is good.

You can start at a lower dose. I would try starting with 5mg and see how that goes.

But i am on finasteride since 8 months and i am only 19 years

How is possible

So maybe i have a new shedding but why after 8 months ?

I Will see for 5 or 10mg of oral minoxidil and spironolactone/estradiol too

Mec je t'en prie, essaye de réaliser que tu n'as aucune calvitie, tu as une hairline limite féminine, tout est dans ta tête je Telogen Effluvium le promets. Si la perte continue c'est juste que c'est une perte naturelle , tout le monde perds des cheveux tous les jours. Tu n'a pas à prendre des hormones qui vont détruire ton corps pour ça, reste au finasteride si tu veux mais ne vas pas plus loin

Have you considered minoxidil and microneedling? I think it might help quite a bit.
