Spirituality is part of the reason why they don't usually have good physique. They don't eat meat as they don't want to hurt animals. That leads to a vegetarian diet that's mostly carb which leads to an unappealing body. However, what I have seen in the US is that the Indians who get in good shape, dress nicely and not act creepy, pull plenty of pussy. But it's hard to find them. Some south indians are as dark as black guys and a lot of women seem to dig that.

nope, it's not easy anymore. The public is now more self conscious about their looks and treat ugly and bald guys like hell (all thanks to westernization - one of the few drawbacks I felt). I can attest to that as being the victim myself. Although I support modernization, still I don't want India to end up being another USA. But it looks like we are headed that way.

I am an atheist and I hate all these spiritual beliefs in my country. I wish I could do something about it but then again I am outnumbered as f***.

interesting . my dad mainly lived there in the 70s and 80s, i think he was inspired by the hippie movement which he was a part of. so i can see it changing in that time span, just like we have.

idk though i think buddhism is legit as f***. theres a lot of good advice, like knowing to stay calm, not being greedy, etc

True. Their biggest problem is not genes, it's getting in good shape and dressing well. Unfortunately, with so many people for small number of jobs, they focus on their career first. They don't have the luxury to worry about their physique.
