If you live in the uk or anywhere outside the US dont purchase any products from hairlosstalk!
They take ur money and then relinquish all responsibility for the product once it leaves their warehouse!
What kind of business is this!!! Complete bulshit, as I purchased many products from other companies and they guarantee ur products delivery!
If ur gonna sell something, and takes someones money you should deliver the goods they purchased!!!
Just a warning!!!!

All deliverys should be trackable weather its u.s post or royal mail.
How long have you been waiting for your order?
what kind of postage was it sent with?

The royal mail are said to lose 1 million items a year.

remember Elton John's ads for Royal Mail last year...i think Bo Selecta probably took the piss out of them at some point hah - anyway, you wanna see what the Royal Mail collection office is like that i occasionally have to go to...they see me stood waiting at the counter, in fact they'll be sat there LOOKING at me...but they will NOT absolutely positively under any conditions NOT come to serve me unless i press the little bell....then when you do press it and make them get up they look at me as though i just asked them to get up and lick my balls, like i'm something they wiped from their bottom earlier that day...see, Royal Mail is old school, they'll be out soon mark my words

........"Royal Mail is old school, they'll be out soon mark my words".......

I was in the post office less than an hour ago, and this woman who could hardly speak English was trying to post a parcel, the bloke serving her kept shouting (I mean really shouting) "can't do it 'love' INDUSTRIAL ACTION" the woman not speaking English didn't have a clue what was going on and kept asking if she could post the parcel and how much it would cost, and each time this neanderthal would just shout "sorry 'love' INDUSTRIAL ACTION" the rest of the staff at the other windows helped out by laughing at her (seriously!).

This went on for a few minutes with the poor woman taking out her credit cards in the confusion and asking 'can I use these for to post?' followed by another "sorry 'love' INDUSTRIAL ACTION", it was embarassing to watch, I eventualy simply told the woman that "the postmen are not working because of trouble with their boss" she almost instantly understood, thanked me and left, even when I got served the staff were still laughing at her.

Shitty-old-school

Where'smyhair forgot to mention one tiny little bit of information.

He selected the Untrackable method of shipping, Global Priority Mail, complete with a warning right next to it saying

"Please note, this is not trackable. We have provided this option for those of you wishing to have a cheaper rate for your international shipment. We have no control over it once it leaves our warehouse, and cannot guarantee its arrival. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office with the confirmation number provided to you, and provide accurate shipping information, to help ensure its arrival".

Right next to that option is the option to have your package shipped in a completely trackable fashion via Federal Express International.

He was aware of the risks, read the warnings, and opted for the cheaper method instead.

Sounds like that poor bloke took the cheaper way out and got burned, by Royal Mail. Next time go FedEx.

If this was Hairsite the forums would have been taken down for at least a day! Like what has been going on over there the last 2 days.
