See the reality of the issue is that the products that I did pay for did not arrive!
The reality is you're handling this like a little child by posting here instead of addressing us directly like an adult, but I will address your concerns publicly anyway...

I dont have time to complain and bulshit about these things and decided to warn people
You don't have time to address us directly and "complain and bullshit" but you have time to come here and complain and bullshit for a week? Im confused.

not coz it was in bold print next to the option I took but rather in shipping info when i went to check the delivery time.. and by then it had already left the warehouse!
Here it is, right next to the two shipping options.
If you hover over "What's This?" you will see it is a link, and if you click it, you will get this message:
FedEx International Trackable
Global Priority shipping is cheaper because it does not have any tracking tied to it. FedEx International Tracking not only ensures the package will get to you, but allows you to track it online at any time, and provides insurance for you in the event the package is lost or stolen. These are the rates FedEx charges for this service based upon the weight of your package. They are not our rates.
Please note: if you opt for Global Priority, you will have no guarantee of receipt of package, and you will be responsible for notifying your customs officials of its pending arrival. HairlossTalk cannot accept responsibility for lost or siezed or stolen packages. With this FedEx trackable option, you can at least file a reimbursement claim with them if something goes wrong.
The shipping section of our store also states:
"Customer understands and assumes the risk of ordering products internationally. HairlossTalk.com will not be responsible for any products or shipments that may be destroyed, seized, or otherwise lost in transit. HairlossTalk provides a much cheaper international rate for the convenience of the customer, however along with this, we are not provided tracking information or guaranteed delivery by the courier. As a result, the customer must assume the risk of loss or seizure by their customs officials. Please be in touch with your local customs officials to notify them of a pending shipment, and to ensure that you will receive what youve ordered."
Our policy may be a little less flexible, but that is only because we don't have hundreds of thousands to throw around and give to people if FedEx or one of a thousand international handlers makes a small mistake. All we can do is offer trackable and untrackable and let the customer decide.

The 'Confirmation number' was not a confirmation number with any information but a tag number for the sender, I could not use the confirmation number thru royal mail, or customs as the number did not exist! Untrackable, it was Nonexistant!
As it was defined for you, it is a global priority package identification number. You can contact Global Priority Mail with that number and they can discuss with you the options of a lost or stolen or seized package sent via their service. If we had to be financially responsible for every courier and every one of their delivery boys, we'd go under tomorrow. Im really sorry.

other such companies assured me of delivery when i purchased products a later stage, with the same costs for shipping.
You keep saying this, but you keep forgetting to mention that there isn't a single website out there that will guarantee an untrackably shipped international package, if the dollar amount is over $30. If you can show me one web site that offers Global Priority to the UK from the USA and says they take full financial responsibility for it, I will stand corrected. They guarantee shipments because they have some recourse if the package is lost or seized, or the price of the product isnt too high. I would guarantee all our shipments if they *all* went FedEx, domestic and international.
