No. If you are born in that kind of world you would perceive NW1 as alien looking and NW7 as desirable as Norwood 1 in our world. Evolution in such a world probably would have taken a different course where organisms never evolved hair as it didn't provide any kind of survival advantage.

There's no way to ask this question that makes sense though. Ultimately I do treat my hair loss for myself , and not for women. However that is because I want to see myself as attractive as possible. If soceity thought baldness was more attractive I would probly rather be bald to be more attractive although I really am someone who looks terrible bald.

That being said this would never make sense because if baldness was more attractive fullheads could just shave their head. The icing on the cake about the unattractiveness of balding is that it's out of our control
