I don't know what it is called in English actually, but it's a stereotype of people. That guy is overly tanned, muscular, and he has the most stupid haircut. Really, who walks around like this?

Idk what to call it, but he looks utterly stupid. If you take away his cheap style and stupid haircut and actually give him a decent stylish wardrobe and a normal haircut he would probably look a lot better.
