Yeah, but topicals aren't ideal IMO... despite it's wonderful anti-androgenic properties, RU is still a greasy lotion that you have to slather over your head. Much less convenient than a once-a-day pill.

...or a 5 times a day pill, as the case might be

I would love a 2.5mg dutasteride pill, I reckon that might be released if the drug passes the phase 3 trials. 2.5mg is the dose they'd need to sell dutasteride as a significantly better male pattern baldness treatment than finasteride.

Interesting you lost the tiredness side moving from finasteride.

Same happened to me, I had bad tiredness side from finasteride yet on dutasteride I have no sides.

I have acclerated my hairloss tho to point this is little hair left on the font of my hair, hairline is long gone. It could be shedding but as there is no sign of hair coming back then I do not have that much hope left even though I still wish it would work. A year on meds of different sorts and grually going bald...bugger. I keep hoping

have you been on minoxdil at least 6 months? If so, just do finasteride or dutasteride and maybe GTE or spironolactone cream. Then save your treatment money to buy interstex stock. When they become worth a lot in 3-5 years, sell the stock to pay for HM. That is what I'd do, but having stocks would just reduce my grant eligibility each year by the value of the stock, so I'd just lose money.
