Literally nothing in this post suggests "insider info" and I really have my doubts that these people would share such info with competitors so freely to the point that a random guy can go on the internet and share it on a forum but the rest of the public is somehow unaware. It just doesn't make sense and it's not like this is an unusual kind of trolling around here
But for sh*t's and giggles, let's examine your claims in order.
• How is this anything more than a perfectly plausible prediction based on the timeline and what is already known about the treatment? Your numbers, if anything, are a reasonable expectation of improvement based on the first study...
• Yeah, no kidding. It's worked on mice a million times; this is basically just a formality/protocol that they're doing it. I don't think anyone is expecting to hear anything until next year.
• This is what every paranoid twit jumped to the moment they heard "otimization study". It must not be good enough! OR maybe they legit are just pinning it down to the best protocol before they begin the final trial. They've already stated it gives results about 4x that of conventional treatments...I really have doubts they consider that "not good enough".
Now where this could potentially be true, is that maybe their phase II failed to give the results consistently. But I really doubt they'd go as far as to set up websites, getting other doctors on board etc, knowing that. So I'm calling bullshit.
• Is there any doubt that there is probably internal debate of that shitty lotion at FIDIA right now? Who wouldn't suspect exactly what you're describing here after that abysmal presentation Brotzu himself put on?
