It hasn't been fully proven that it doesn't work though. If the man is happy spending this much money trying this out then let him. We can judge after he has been on it for a full year, which is in April. I have seen people having a delayed response to finasteride as well.

The improvement should be obvious by June if he stays consistent. I think we will first see improvement in the midscalp, followed by the crown and finally the temples, but that's just my theory. He could possibly recover faster if he prioritizes the midscalp for wounding and PGE2 till it has considerable thickness, to just to let the thick forest creep forward.

Considering that aesthetic regrowth can take a long time, maybe years, I think there is progress there. But I find it hard to judge as the pictures tend to be at different angles.

It s the point to prove here, that it works without minoxidil.

You can always add it later, once you know that seti, licl, ect works.

hairs getting thicker and vellus hairs in slick bald areas growing longer and better. Those red rashes are just acne scars from sweating. I go to gym 5 days a week and sweat alot. The camera lighting is super harsh and camera zoomed in but those arent visible in normal lighting and distance.

I'm totally uneducated on the science behind all this. From the looks of it my use of .25mg finasteride daily could pair well with seti/fevi. I'm obviously not blocking all the Testosterone & DHT at that .25 dosage. Still though, what remains is lesser and the resulting PGD2 might be limited in its effect by the seti/fevi?
