Absolutely, I can see the shape of my old hairline coming in again from a distance. Last 3 weeks every time i come out the shower and look at my self in the mirror, i get a huge smile on my face.

2g/day seti is the real deal (Allergans clinical trial dose). Bad new is that from my experience with playing around with 200mg - 2g I can say that the efficacy is logarithmic in that the closer you get to 2g the better the results. I noticed a big difference between 1.65g/day and 2g/day to give you an idea how much of a slight difference the dose makes. So those doing anything under 1.5g/day is going to get shitty results.

Sounds great, if it has better values than pge2 I agree, you should try it. If I remember correctly, pge2 creates a spike for less than 11min. Considering what it costs you might just find a vehicle for your sperm as well and you get pgf2a and spermidine seperately for free lmao

I think the real pg protocoll costs more while being less effectice actually. Sunburns + wounding + sulf just are such a powerful combo. Sunburns + Sulf just makes you overflow with pge2, decreases your pgd2 and sunburns also increase your tnf-a levels adding probably even more for the woundng process. The synergy is so real.

We first need to realize that if the hair follicle is not there (dead) nothing will grow in its place except for transplanted hair. Second, we need to affirm that fibrosis of the hair follicle is most likely present and is the reason why hair regrowth will be difficult. This is why there needs to be in place a new wounding method. My idea is a non roller, but stamp like process that has needles about the fourth of the width of current dermarollers that go 3-4mm deep. Small width micro wounds that go deep enough to break up the fibrotic plaque, heal, and protect existing hair follicles as much as possible. I do not recommend doing this by yourself. Having a trained physician do this would be ideal." (credits to Ante from hlh, I learned a lot from that thread)

What I understood from it is that stem cell regeneration is possible. The process involves tcf3 and gsk-3 inhibition. We already have a way to do both. Retinoic Acid (tretinoin) creates tcf3 and lithium OR Estradiol is a gsk-3 inhibitor. These two used together in theory should regenerated stem cells and cause the regrowth of hair. I could be completely right or wrong on this, PLEASE DISCUSS

I also hopefully get my experiment started soon. I am supposed to get my lithium from lithium threonate. More expensive than that cheap licl, but also adresses Dkk1. You might consider that as well.

Did you end up getting the FGF9? Using this after wounding should be huge, that’s what follica is basing their work around. I haven’t heard of anyone else trying this

There is the korean product called cellcurin which includes a fgf9 peptide. Someone said that someone else from europe got it.

yes must be. I doubt Paypal keep a close eye on what you do with your money because it's privacy.. In this case Iguess it's denunciation maybe even from a (untrusted)seller. dunno.
