Update from the GBfakeLotion. Everytime I ask Spato a question. He says next week, doesnt matter which question :). Its quite funny.

I think he is using the "confidence" around the 2nd GB for even recruiting people for 3rd GB. I really hope noone is that stupid.

Yeah fibrosis is a know issue, some people have tried DMSO peels with great success.

Oh Man, DMSO peels, that goes way back more than 10 years..... Definitely regret having ever dealt with DMSO, that sh*t is potent.

Seriously for those of you who come here just to spread negativity and constantly telling people that this is all one big scam need to stop.

Dr. Brotzu originally claimed that he BELIEVED the product would be out in 12 months. Then he sold the patent to FIDIA and then updated this saying it's up to them now. So from the information we have, FIDIA will conclude trials in December. They are a wealthy company they are gonna run their own trials so as to confirm Brotzu's conclusions, they have the money to take this extra step and it's worth it. FIDIA does not want to sell a scam. If they did, you'd have been putting this lotion on your head the month after they got the patent. So soon after the trials conclude in December we should hear some sort of announcement. So that's when you'll see pictures and hard data. Also possible that Brotzu might mention some things related to the lotion and androgenic alopecia at his convention. Again, he's already claimed that it works for Andro. I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, a well-respected doctor just claimed the lotion he sold to a reputable pharamecutical company works for androgenic alopecia.

Could this all be one big scam? Sure, though it's unlikely considering we have a well-respected doctor and a reputable pharmaceutical company. But even if it is, what good does it do you to come here and just berate people? You're not giving a reality check because AGAIN the hopes a lot of the users have in this thread are NOT baseless.

So wait. Just wait. If no announcement/update is made during the beginning of 2017 then yes it will probably be time to pack our bags and call it a bust. But for now, wait. There's literally nothing else you can do.

The lotion is owned by fidia, it's pretty much self explanatory that this isn't a scam.

Been said a million times but just because you have been let down for the past 20 years, it doesn't mean sh*t.

Does anyone have any ideas about international regulations that might apply/not matter with this lotion when released? i.e. When minoxidil was released, did it take a while before it was cleared for use in other countries? Or since it is cleared by local medical regulations like FDA etc, then any international agency recognising their standards will immediately approve it without need for their own tests?

Will this even apply to brutzo since its going to be a "cosmetic"??

Thanks

A) Because they can get away with it

B) Because many people falsely equate anticipating universal failure with being a "realist"

I think it's also the stress of having an illness that you can't really tell people about.

Well said, and to the others as well. Man, I love this forum! Fear mongering was endemic at another hair loss forum I used to check out, it was so bad I had given up on the site because of the nonsense I encountered. Whereas people here are legit and don't stand bs clouds of negativity that come sh*t on everyone's parade.

why would a peel help scar tissue inside the hair follicle?

Dimethyl sulfoxide: an effective penetration enhancer for topical administration of NSAIDs.
Marren K1.
Author information
Abstract

Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is a molecule with a long history in pharmaceutics and is now well established as a penetration enhancer in topical pharmaceutical formulations. It is currently used for this purpose in diclofenac sodium topical solution (approved in the United States to treat signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis) and idoxuridine topical solution (approved in Europe for the treatment of herpes zoster). This article reviews the mechanism of action of DMSO as a pharmaceutical penetration enhancer, the characteristics of the molecule that facilitate transdermal drug delivery, and studies of efficacy and safety. The clinical use of pharmaceutical-grade DMSO as a penetration enhancer is supported by the robust data that have accumulated over the past 3 decades demonstrating the favorable safety and tolerability profile. Dimethyl sulfoxide is a safe and effective mechanism for facilitating the transdermal delivery of both hydrophilic and lipophilic medications to provide localized drug delivery.
