Don't count on lotion only if Wuwei's result is legit. He used a form of wounding and as we know wounding + antiandrogens can reverse many years of balding as in somebody's case.
Plus he's asian and asians have thicker hair genetically.

Just to clarify and I could be wrong, but I don't think "DHT cascade from turning into pgd2" makes any scientific sense. It's not possible for the metabolic pathway that DHT is on to ever turn into PGD2. I think what you meant was that it may be likely that the physiological response from Androgen Receptors being bound to by DHT has an indirect effect on PGD2 synthesis (Arachidonic Acid>PGH2 via COX-2>PGD2 via PGD2synthase. What this physiological response may be doing is causing a change in the expression of PGD2synthase through the Estrogen Receptor Beta. Studies have also shown that DHT can both increase or decrease COX-2 expression depending on the inflammatory state of the cell itself, which would also have an effect on PGD2 synthesis.

Yes, that’s what I meant. I didn’t mean to say that DHT turns into PGD2, but DHT does trigger a response where PGD2 is synthesized (in a higher concentration in the scalps of people with Androgenetic Alopecia). Since I’m getting results with seti (very slow but visible results) I’m convinced that prostaglandin manipulation can be a promising treatment - and this is, in a sense, what this lotion is designed to do

The reason I'm still feeling optimistic about this is because of the WuWei pictures. I was stunned when I saw those, I've never seen something like it (which wasn't the result of a transplant). People on Ieson were claiming to have seen pics of Brotzu's patients and having the same reaction. Too bad WuWei hasn't posted anything further afaik.

Maybe the first two pictures are baseline and the last two are actually taken at the same time, but in one he pulls back his hair and the other he doesn't. Just spitballing here

No this was a dude who literally tried to make it himself - theres a user on here (cant remember who) who actually knows about liposomes and says its really really difficult to make so its highly unlikely some random dude at home regardless of his academic background was able to 100% replicate

I can’t see it being BS. My hope is it’s more effecting than Min + finasteride, and has no estrogen sides. Honestly even if it did more estrogen is better than no DHT

No one will need JAKs unless they provide super regrowth

No one will pay a sh*t load of money when it's possible to regrowth and maintain a decent amount of hair and completely restore your look with FUE
