yep it always do that in the beginning but after a certain time the results stay linear and then at one point it goes backwards . it's even more the case when minoxidil is used alone. Now If a new treatment could maintain long term and give some regrowth in one topical everybody would buy this product. Now, is this brotzu lotion this wonder product? Dunno ! I will remain skeptical until I see numbers(%regrowth, maintenance in other cases?). Because you can't argue with numbers.

Each photo has a time distance of 5 months, so 10 months in total (I contacted him). He did not "dermaroll", he used a particolar needling technique used a lot in Asian countries: you can see in the last photo that there are 2 long needles planted in his forehead. The goal of this procedure, reading the Asian medicine, is to stimulate the proliferation of capillaries and to reestablish the proper blood's flow (among all of the other things).
The lotion he's using is made only of S-Equol incapsulated in liposomes, there's no DGLA or Carnitine. He was also taking some useful supplements like Applemets and MSM to speed hair's growth and to boost the thickening.
At the beginning he was doing the needling therapy alone, and he got some results: I don't know to what extent, Marlin the admin was impressed but the others not so much. Then he added the lotion and the supplements and got those crazy results.
Also the CavalloPazzo's groups had some people with very good responders using a homemade clone of the Brotzu lotion.
Also, personally I wouldn't say that 5 months would be impossibile for those results to happen: if the therapy works by addressing the hair cycles, the hair would immediately respond to the treatment, just like Minoxidil. Sure, the response may vary from one person to another, but it's safe to say that Minoxidil is faster than Finasteride when it comes to get cosmetic and visible results. I mean, if (one of) the (main) problem(s) that causes the hairs to shrink is addressed (and if Brotzu is right about it being the blockage of microcirculation, but I don't know) the results could (should ?) be immediate. Minoxidil not only vasodilates, but it alters the hair cycle forcing the Anagen phase after inducing a Telogen Effluvium. The hair immediately benefits in the contrary of finasteride, which just "frees" the follicles from the attacker/messenger (DHT) but does not help the follicles in any other way (estrogen dominance derived from DHT lowering aside, which is very subjective and a "side effect" undesirable).
However, after WuWei stopped doing that Korean needling, unfortunately he got mad at IESON's people (perfectly understandable if you read that thread), so after a month of stopping the technique, he said that on the lotion and supplements only he was not experiencing any worsening, but soon he left the thread and deleted every photo (fortunately somebody saved them and showed them here).
Sometimes I really think that some people in this site really deserve to be stuck to these f*****g shitty treatments we have got.

Thanks The 7TH Sense that was a very informative post. I think WuWei's needling technique is called acupuncture. I didn't know he was a doctor of medicine though. Now it makes more sense about him being successful with it. No wonder he got mad at IESON people lmao. Those crazy bald fuks there have more problems inside their heads than above it

The potential of this lotion excites me as much as the next person, but something needs to be said. The amount of hope being placed in this one potential treatment scares me a little. Don't get me wrong, I love the memes, the hype train, the stoic pictures of brotzu, but we are setting ourselves up for massive disappointment if this is a dud.
I'm optimistic about the lotion, but so many things could go wrong in the release aside from just the efficacy.
