I think my question in my previous post has been misunderstood.

First I'll expand on what I think has happened.
Please feel free to correct me if I've got any of the story wrong.

Dr Brotzu found that a certain cream/lotion with PGE1 in it that was applied to people's limbs with diabetes to help with circulation as a byproduct it regrew hair.

Apparently people with diabetes can have hair loss on the limbs due to bad circulation, when this cream/lotion was applied they found lost hair was growing back.
Dr Brotzu then tested this PGE1 cream/lotion on the head of a male nurse who was balding and found hair regrowth on the head.

Dr Brotzu then realised he had found a treatment for male pattern baldness but found out he was unable to create his own product with PGE1 in it as it required too expensive lengthy trials.
Then because of this he created a new product with DGLA in it, which is a precursor to PGE1. For some reason I don't know, a product with DGLA didn't require the same level of trials as PGE1.

Perhaps PGE1 is a superior treatment of male pattern baldness, but using DGLA instead was made as a compromise.

So my question is:
can we work out and test what that original PGE1 cream/lotion was that Dr Brotzu used when he made this discovery?
It must be a product that already exists, the same PGE1 cream/lotion that he tested on the male nurses head that regrew hair.

I've searched around on google and the only PGE1 creams I can find are used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction.

For example this A
lprostadil cream.

The real question still remains. Does it work?
Which is exactly why I want to find out what the cream was, to test if it works.

If we can find out what the cream was, and if it does not have major side effects, we can test applying it to a small area of bald skin on the head which once had hair and see if there's any regrowth. Simple.

Did you read study? its clearly there, example 4! the problem is the ingredients especially delivery carriers.(hard to get)

And as i mentioned before PGE1 ED (erectile dysfunction) cream needs prescription.

We must know how long we should wait before having noticeable results. I think two weeks is a reasonable wait. The question still remains: why did he not post picture? :(

OMG I once ordered this for ED, many years ago.

I had no idea it could be used to treat baldness!

There are enough laboratories which could help us. GB would be a good idea then.

Please let us know if you find one. I am more than willing to contribute.

Two weeks? Not likely. Most treatments you're going to have to give it at LEAST 3 months to see noticeable results (unless you're very lucky/the treatment is just THAT good). More like 6 months to be 100% sure.

I'd love to know what something like this would cost per month for us to imitate. Praying I can get my hands on it soon to help turn these vellus hairs on my hairline to full blown terminal ones.

Full blown terminal hair growth lol yes that's what we want to be suffering from.,
.

Receding is right that 2 weeks isn't at all typical to determine efficacy. Would be very nice though.

In this link:
http://www.unica.it/pub/7/show.jsp?id=30328&iso=1021&is=7 (for italian speaker!)
There is another interview (I don't know if they interviewed him or another person)
In one of the answer he said <<...this solution is not easy to make>>.
I think they're bluffing xD...so I hope we 'll find some walter white here:roll:

We only need to get S-Equol and DGLA. The rest is easy to get and the solution is easy to make. There are maybe some laboratories which could help us, I know 2-3 of them. The problem is, they don't produce only 10g or sonething like this so we need to make a GB.

Would you be able to contact the labs please and see what their minimum order quantity would be for group buy and how much it would cost?

OMG you guys are actually going to spend the time to figure out what it is and buy individual ingredients before release?

1. They said it is coming out soon (next year)
2. It is bull**** that is not going to work

Clearly you have not been around long enough to spot the bull****. Here is a clue: if their lips move, they are talking bull****.

Product gets announced out of the blue, is coming out soon, and works really well. Tiny sample, no photos. Yeah OK.

You guys do the classic thing of rationalizing something that you desperately want to believe. It is a very well known human behaviour.

I feel a bit of a dick writing this post since all I seem to do these days is come to this forum perhaps twice a year, see the same old desperate nonsense, write a couple of posts ridiculing said nonsense, then leave for another six months. But you can be a dick and still be right on the money, like me.

My gut feeling about this product is that it could work at least as good as Minoxidil.
But if it delivered on it's proposed giving back 5 years of lost hair, that effectively is a cure for me, would be amazing, but I find it hard to believe it could achieve that level.

What's got me confident about this product over others is simply that Dr Brotzu a highly respected vascular surgeon (in Italy) has put his name to that it works.
I find it hard to believe at this point he would risk discrediting his career over a hair loss product if he didn't believe it would work, at least at some level.

@fml: ok, I am a dick and whatever you want... but I prefer to fight respect to do nothing and say "yes, it is a bull****, since there have been bull****s in these last 30 years"... my behaviour could be "razionalization" and is natural, but yours is also normal and it is called "surrendering"(or rassegnation?)... my only concern for every bull****s that I 'll meet is to not do money to them. For this lotion I will do money for whoever make it, working or not.

the fact that they are announcing the product may give you the lost hair of five year balding back, let me think very critical about this guy and product. some guys are balder than bald after five years, other guys just have a marginal thining in the hairline. if you are bald after five years, this won´t bring any of your former hairs back.

This is the point I made. I really don't believe that claim.

But since minoxidil never did much of anything for me (although I was only on it for 7 months), if this can at least thicken my hairline a bit I'd definitely use it once a day. It sounds like it'd be more manageable than minoxidil too.

and obviously you know better!

If you not noticed he is not first claiming that PGE1/PGE2/PGF/etc and PGD2/seti/CB/equol/etc does something to your hair!
