Idk looks like bad haircut to me. Can you take a in photo by using flash?
No. temples were fastly recede in just 3 months and same for 2 years. I went to many different hairdressers, it is not caused by cutting.

I cant any styling with this temples. Its not symmetric or natural, just looks like sh*t

Looks like slightly receded. NW1.5 may be, but transplant won't stop shedding. Honestly I don't think you need transplant now. You need to see a dermatologist for shedding.

What happens if you get shock loss after you get your hair transplant. How you going to deal with that?

I sent e-mail with photos from one of the best hair transplant surgeons in Turkey. He send this reply now.

When I look at your hair, there is no evidence such as a prominent opening, loss or thinning of the hair seen in genetic hair loss or I cannot see it. In this case, your openings in the temporal (temple) region is a normal, developmental anterior hairline regression; I should point out that your anterior hairline is subject to this type of regression / regrowth due to familial predisposition, and this does not mean genetic hair loss. In this case, I do not find it suitable for you as a doctor and a plastic surgeon ... There are minor irregularities that may occur in your sudden front hair line and it is a very normal situation.
Is that from Dr Erdogen from ASMED?

The doctor said exactly what we are telling you. You don't have abnormal recession. If shedding is a problem, then you can consult with a dermatologist. Transplant is not a option at this stage

It's better to get a in person consultation. I sent my photos to Erdogen and he rejected me too. Some doctors don't want small cases like yours. You are lucky you live in Turkey. I would consult with the top 5 in person. Forget photos as they can be misleading. My hair looks thicker in photos than in person.
