CB can't out compete DHT for the receptor. It can out compete T. It's binding affinity is too weak.

As far as I know it can't outcompete T either. Although the way that CB-03-01 is designed isn't to compete with it's power from raw binding affinity. It's more that CB-03-01 is flooded into the scalp in large doses meaning that enough CB-03-01 surrounds the receptor so there's no "space" for T/DHT to bind.

It still can't outcompete all DHT, otherwise RU/CB would be curative for maintenance and we all know they are not. I was just using deduction to make a guess that more T was displaced then DHT, resulting in a growth trend from increased E.

I don't really buy the story, but in that scenario where CB's effect is down to increased E, why does the effect stop after 6 months?

RU and CB is as weak as piss. Because their binding affinities come no where near that to even T they have to rely purely on a high enough concentration to out compete for the receptor.

The degrader doesn’t have this problem. It destroys the receptor. Dopamine receptors take something like 3 months to regenerate or even regulate which is why addictions can be so bad. I believe regulation times for androgen receptors are something like 2 weeks. Assuming it penetrates okay if this doesn’t at least halt balding dead then there a sh*t load more to this puzzle ..

New interesting post form reddit about pyrilutamide;

Hey all,

Me, my friends and some online friends did a small group buy for pyrilutamide AKA KX-826 and none of us have experienced any negative or sexual side effects so far.

There’s 6 of us in total and we’ve all been taking Pyri for about 6 weeks now. Myself and two others got sides from finasteride and RU but no sides from Pyri (so far…). I personally got sexual sides from RU58841 on day 3 so I’m quite happy that I’ve been on Pyri for 6 weeks and Im absolutely fine.

For those who don’t know pyrilutamide also known as KX-826 is an androgen receptor antagonist similar to CB-03-01 or RU58841 but Pyrilutamide has a stronger binding affinity and longer half life. The majority of us are doing 0.5% everyday (similar to the Kintor pharmaceuticals phase 2 trial) and one of us is doing 1% everyday. The vehicle we are using is Ethanol to PG in a 7:3 ratio.

Whilst some of us have started to see very fine vellus hairs, no thick hair results just yet but it’s still very early on and we are expecting maintenance and a little regrowth by month 6.

Once we have results I’ll be posting back here In the future

We also had pyrilutamide tested as we bought it from china, we told a lab to identify the compound and check for its purity, we didn’t tell the lab it was pyrilutamide and they confirmed it was pyrilutamide and the purity came back at 98.8%.

I thought I would let you all know as pyrilutamide is getting some traction across the discord servers, hairlosstalk and this subreddit.
Finally, my friends and I are also very interested in Kintor Pharmaceuticals androgen receptor degrader: GT20029. Once phase 1 trials for GT20029 are completed to establish safety we are going to add that to our regime to use alongside pyrilutamide.
No point in using pyralutamide if you are on gt20029. 6 weeks with no results is pretty bad honestly.

There's no telling if this guy is legit or not so far, but hopefully he is and keeps us updated. 6 weeks is also not nearly enough time to determine how efficient it is. For me even sideless maintenance would be considered a win.

Also, Kintor should have the phase 2 official report out by the end of the year so that should provide us with more factual clarity concerning Pyralutamide' efficiency.

you speak such bullshit, obviously have body dysmorphia when i see the pictures of your hair i think you are crazy to spend so much time here but that is debateable but what really irks people is the nonsensical contributions content wise

Kinda get the skepticism but what would they have to gain from it? Not like they're promoting any lab (or transplant clinic for that matter) .. unless someone set out to write all that just to troll (doubt it even for r/), this just might be something interesting to follow.

Yeah he hasn’t listed his source or the lab that they used to test it so it’s a good point.
Having said that the OP’s account is new and doesn’t have much of a history of other posts which makes it a little less trustworthy I think.
Fingers crossed they are taking photos and report back results.

Be cautious...this reddit thread could be a trap....
Price is incredibely low for a such new molecule.
It is suspicious but at the same time the Reddit user hasn’t plugged where he got the chemical from or the lab where it was tested so what are they gaining?

If they are sure about the molecule, we could ask HDD Pharma to give us a quotation ?
