Are you serious? Ectomorph is the worst for the following reasons:
-narrow clavicles
-small wrists
-no strenght because these above
- you can't possibly look big
Basically, you're stuck with a weak looking prepubescent teen physique, you can train for years but get no result. On top of that, imagine being bald and ugly. You need balls of steel to live a life as a half-deformed living corpse without feeling the urge to kill yourself.
Ectomorph is good. I had skinny/lanky physique of a boy, small wrists etc. Just lift some weights and eat some chicken brah. Small wrists are hard though, took me years of furious wanking to get them to an acceptable level, unfortunately my left is much bigger than my right now.
