Have you at least read one of my posts regarding those experiences? Of course, I've imagined everything, I suppose that's what you think about people who live different experiences in general, you simply brand them as delusionals who need professional help.

I don't think I've read any specific examples from you. No, I think that about you because when people say nice things to you if bothers you. It's like you've built this reality in your head where people can only be mean to you and when that reality is threatened you become hostile.

Dante, is actually a fairly smart and competent guy. We can clearly see this by his above average level of written English.
Sure, he's a reactionary misogynist, but most young men, full of boiling testosterone, that are rejected by young women, are.
It's their own knee-jerk reaction to rejection.
"All women evil!!", and so on.

But, a therapist can't change the nature of Dante's interaction with society.
That is, an interaction that is always meet with rejection.

People are simple creatures, and most people are hostile and unsympathetic to those whose aesthetics are off-putting to the majority.
I personally think it's a sad indictment on the human condition.

They are in pain themselves and that's why I defend the ladies too.

I think it's simplistic to think they were just shallow b****s before hair loss affected them.
I believe everyone has issues affecting their lives that causes them both anxiety and pain.
That's been my experience anyway.

Unlike your height exaggerations, your wrists are actually quite small.

So I've been doing a bit of research. The consensus seems to be that wrist size is a good determinant of your "natural peak." So having small wrists will likely put a cap on the amount of muscle you can gain without gear. I haven't found anything, however, suggesting that small wrists makes it impossible to make any meaningful or worthwhile gains.

i.e., you'll likely never have a super powerful looking frame(without going the PED route), but you can still rise above the "shitty physique" that you attribute to part of your aesthetic problems.

A good idea to compensate would probably be to put some focus on strengthening your forearms.

Dude, most of us mortal men aren't physically perfect. In addition to being short, I have really small hands for a dude....like legit chick hands. I still manage to grip a bar with a decent amount of weight. Obviously I'll never know 100% what it's like to be you and live in your shoes, just as you'll never know exactly what it's like to be me, but I don't think the defeatist mindset is doing you any favors.

Insisting that your physique and tiny wrists are a contributing factor in your physical inferiority. Someone takes a minute to try and help sort out this issue for you, suggests a viable solution, you throw up your hands, "well my physique and wrists don't matter!"

For someone who is very focused on his aesthetic flaws and the importance of looks, it's quite odd how he isn't willing to do anything to improve them.
Says he is short - then turns out he is above average height for Italians.
Says he is bald and can't afford a hair transplant - then turns out he is NW3-4 with recession but crown intact, and has a "well paid job"
Says he has shitty teeth - won't get braces.
Says he has a shitty physique - refuses to go to the gym.

I don't know if it's because he refuses to be anything less than model-tier, like everyone else in Italy apparently. Sometimes you just have to play the cards you were dealt and make the most of a bad situation.

@Dante92 - you're 100% right. Putting on muscle may make you feel a little bit better temporarily, but you will still feel like sh*t at the end of they day. The only thing left for you to do is to work to conquer everything else in life, learn to ignore horrible people that put you down and hope that one day a woman will be attracted enough to these qualities that she lets a lot of your physical "flaws" slide. That's it. Then always live in paranoia that she will find someone more attractive and dump your ***. That sucks, but I suppose that's the truth.

I don't look that good anymore man. I am 5'8" and 190 lbs. I do have a good deal of muscle, but not THAT much. It's EXTREMELY hard for me to lose weight. In my late twenties/early thirties, I would eat 1500 cals a day, run six miles a day, everyday, play sports and do yoga and it was STILL hard to get fit. I have a f*cked metabolism. I got down to 165, toned muscle then had serious injuries and gained it back in like 10 months. Also, I put on jiggly fat around my pecs and abdomen, which f*cking sucks. I have a nice face, but it's topped with a disfigured rats nest and a six inch scar on the back of my head to finish it of. On top of this, I am generally a little insecure. I am not typing this for sympathy, rather to correct your perception of me.

because your perception of me (and possibly shook too) is skewed. You haven't actually encountered any of the other posters on here, so you don't really know their situation. My situation may not be as dire as yours logistically, but in my mind it is pretty damn close.
