No one tried it because the legit pills cost thousands of dollars and you can't get them unless you're dying from prostate cancer. And maybe the chinese weren't manufacturing the bootleg stuff until recently, and people are not brave to order random chemicals from China.

The side effects are completely unacceptable for hair loss when taken orally. Have you read up on them?
This is a life and death drug, you don't take it unless you have unbeatable prostate cancer. No one was looking for hair growth, they were looking at survival.

We're hoping to harness the efficacy topically with minimal side effects.

Due to the molecular weight being <500 Dalton it will penetrate. If you use DMSO it will penetrate for sure, but that carries a risk of increased systemic absorption.

We believe PEG-400 can also get the job done with less systemic absorption but similar efficacy. We will see once we start using it and gather more data.

Past 6 days the itch has been like 99% gone. I say 99% because I still have a little itch time to time but I'm pretty sure that's random itches you get here and there and not related to male pattern baldness. I just took a shower about 10 minutes ago and literally had zero shedding. At this point I'm cautiously ecstatic. I've tried nearly EVERYTHING in the past year and a half and never got a large amount of reduction in shedding. This is the first time in like 4 years I didn't have hair falling out in the shower. Been on it almost around 2 months now I believe.
Also HUGE shout out to whatevr for creating the thread. Had he not made it I never would of gotten on the stuff.

First few weeks I had a little ball ache here and there. Now I don't have it. No side effects other than that. I'm still doing oral minoxidil and am starting wounding and keto again. Hopefully now that my shedding is basically gone they'll help with regrowth if I can get it.

How many mg do you apply roughly per application?
I started with a 1% solution, applying 2 sprays per temple.
My re-used minoxidil. bottle claims that 6 sprays = 1ml
So I'm applying 6,666... mg per week. This seems ridiculously low to be honest.
Xandrus used a 2% solution, but no idea how much ml he applied. (or do we knows this?)
The amount of course also depends on the surface to apply it to.
In Xandrus' case, it was almost the entire scalp. In my case only the temples...

I'm doing 200mg per day in a 10ml solution. That is 2%. That's a total 1.4g a week. Mind you I'm applying it to my entire scalp.
