I reduced my OM from 1.25mg x2 to x1. Couldn't stand the way it made my eyes look people say reduced collagen is a myth but the edema (water retention) may as well age you 30 years
drink a lot of water and take MSM

Bad advice. What you must do is reduce sodium by alot. Reduce salt thats it. How would msm help reduce bloated face? Lol. Btw I dont see you use oral minoxidill on your regiment only finasteride so I dont believe you.

Definitely agree with salt reduction. Whenever I eat a salty dinner, my face is wrecked the next morning. But I thought water intake would counteract the effect of the sodium.

I drink alot of water thats fine. But when i reduced salt thats when i stopped waking up with an extremely bloated face while on minoxidill, Also i take my minoxidil hours before bed time.

I've been taking the Minoxidil in two doses about 12 hours apart so maybe I will shift them earlier. How much are you taking and how?

There are several studies that prove that it blocks collagen production bro, definately not a myth.

I take 10k mg a day msm. It has lake a 10 hour life so I take 5 1kmg in morning and another 5 1kmg in late afternoon. Don’t take before bedtime, can cause you insomnia. I also take before eating. I have been delaying my first meal after waking like a morning fast everyday.
Insomnia is bs. I have taken 4k mg and went to bed no issues. I used to take msm powder in massive amounts with lots of vitamin C for months. It didnt do anything positive for my hair at all.

I have an update on MSM. Take your other talk to a different thread!

I've been this for one week now, and only 4-5 days at 15g and I definitely have some small hairs coming in that were not their before. However ... this news comes with a huge caveat. That is that I've also only been on any treatment at all for a 3.5 months (i.e. 5% topical minoxidil & derma-rolling) ... so this is right about that time I'd expect to first see some difference anyway. It seems incredibly unlikely that taking MSM for a week is what's caused the little hairs to grow. Seems far more likely it's minoxidil kicking in after 3.5 months.

I'm just reporting what I'm seeing. And I'm happy either way to see that something is happening. I'll keep taking the MSM just in case it helps.

I had similar thing when I started MSM. Still noticing increased volume 2 months in.

Are you still attempting to reduce sebum/sebum plugs? Appologies if I've got user mixed up but recall you talking about this in another thread recently.

Nah nah it's MSM. Everybody else thinks the same way, that Hey maybe minoxidil suddenly stopped being a lazy sh*t, but no. It coincides with starting MSM
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, but considering the timeline I think it's way more likely it's actually the minoxidil giving him growth.
