You look good with and without hair. Knowing that you have that shave down option if you reach a stage where you get really irrationally subconsious about your hair leads me to believe that, given your age, you should enjoy it while you have it. Why shave now? You look good, even with your hairline, and I'd suggest doing what you can to keep it for now.
You really need to remember that ladies, as they get older, don't care about men who seem NOT to age, but are understanding of and attracted to men who age well. Even with your less than straight hairline, you're still hot. I'm in kind of a similar boat, have a 'widows peak' hairline but still have women say that they really like my hair, that it frames my face and shows off my facial structure well.
Don't let the hairline become an obsession, because believe me you 99.9% of women are less obsessed with it than you are. All the time I go to the mall, etc, and see guys with receeding hairlines that still look great all around and have superhot women with fantastic asses on their arm. It is SO not about JUST the hair, it is about the whole picture, face, body, taking care of yourself, dressing well, etc. Next time YOU go to the mall, take a peek around and see how many guys who have fantastic hairlines, but don't take care of themselves and don't pay attention to basic grooming and fashion. They are all ALONE, because the women around them would much rather go out with someone like you, hairline and all, then with someone who, from their appearance, would not take care of them, entertain them, and generally rock their world. Less stress, buddy.
