Why do you feel like this? Did you have an atypical childhood? Did you have a tough time making friends when you were a kid? Did you have friends? You told me your parents are originally from Pakistan, grew up in Africa, and settled in Portugal. Do they hold onto old school traditional and overbearing beliefs? I just don't get why you are feeling like this. What went wrong? I really just think you need more of a social life... If you have some friends you grew up with you should try to get back in contact with them and get closer to them. That should help you immensly.

Yeah having support from good freinds can be more important than anything in life. Going through sh*t is bad enough but doing it on your own is 10x harder. Thats the main problem with Taug.

IBM, if you didn't already do what you're planning to do, meditating on it and come to the forum to discuss it, it's good sign. It means that you still retain hope and belief in life in general. The matter is no one can help you except yourself. Finishing off just because of broken lovestory and baldness is lame, there are millions of people out there suffering literally and still struggling. And remember, life isn't supposed to be great like in the movies. I agree with Buddhists that Earth is the only hell where we probably suffer for the sins of our past lives.

My childhood was not normal. Besides of being with debts some members of my family treated us bad which had negative effect on us. I never had real friends besides my brother. I never got money to hang out with school friends so I stucked in home.
