New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

how hard do you press conpecia? what was your baseline.did you have sufficient hair at start?

i had decent hair at the start and still do, but it's worse than it was. not attributing that to dermarolling, but it's definitely not helping my hairline very quickly, that's all i know.

i press hard, my scalp is pretty bloody when i'm done but not as bloody as yours. it definitely does SOMETHING but i've basically followed the study for 4 months and have not improved my hairline at all, just want people to know that. we need more time to really evaluate the treatment.

Another crybaby, nobody is hyping anything up we cannot turn crybabies to men. We are posting research and are getting results. Some people just expect overnight cures. This forum would be better without turds like those, but forgive me I know you guys want to be cured.

i said it works but it takes a long time. isn't that... wait... yes, that's the exact opposite of expecting an overnight cure.

and **** your research and your results, post pics if you want to prove something. don't sit there and point to study after study and then say you're getting results if you won't post photographs of the results. it's complete bull**** and makes everything else you do look ridiculous. ****s like you are the exact reason i started the "dermarolling results only" thread on this forum.

again, i APPLAUD the guys who are posting pics of their actual results. i have no problem with guys posting research. i have a bunch of problems with the same people saying they're getting hairline regrowth WITHOUT showing pics to prove it. somebody has to pull their ****ing card and it's gotta be me i guess..

just want to add that i'm at about the 15 or 16 week mark and haven't seen much action at all around the temples. been rolling weekly with 192, drawing blood, applying minoxidil once a day but applying more than the recommended dosage. i've receded while doing this too, it hasn't stopped my hair loss at the hairline and temples. however my crown seems a little better and i do see a lot of hair growing behind my receding hairline. there's peach fuzz at the temples but it's just stayed the same for months now, not turning into anything useful. i'm going to start rolling more frequently and i might get some rogaine foam to apply in the morning at the hairline.

starting to see the same 2 or 3 names hanging out in this thread all day hyping everything up, that's always a bad sign. i do think this treatment works but it takes a LONG time and i have no clue why these guys are calling it "the cure" so early. at this point it's a step in the right direction, nothing more. i'm going to continue doing it but let's just be more cautious in our endorsement of it until we see MAJOR results, like guys gaining 2-3 norwoods. then we can freak out.

one last thing: squeegee, don't ****ing say your hairline is regrowing if you won't post pics. that's bull**** and a waste of everybody's ****ing time. i applaud the guys who are posting pics.

Well said. It's the same guys posting and hyping. I'm happy for them if they really had major results, but I don't think it deserves the overhype without some real groundbreaking results/pictures. Again, it's kind of strange we haven't seen any results like that Indian test. Isn't it? I think it is.

Squeegee claims he has a shred. So apparently dermarolling is making him shred. A bit weird.. he must be one unlucky guy to shred from dermarolling. He copy paste some studies, that's all. Everyone could do that. He's just an arrogant and childish guy.

Thumbs up to Casper, 2young2retire and others for updating. That's the spirit.

Btw Squeegee - let's say you have a shred. Why not post pictures still then? If you have a shred from dermarolling, that would be exactly what would contribute to this forum for everyone. If you have a shred - we might all have a shred from rolling, so by not posting you doesn't seem realible at all (combined with being an arrogant douchebag when asking you questions)

well keep in mind the indian test pics are allegedly at the 8 month mark not the 3 month mark. i know it says in the study the treatment stopped at 12 weeks but i think we've confirmed the pics were taken much later.

it takes a long time to regrow hair and regrowing the hairline is virtually impossible, so it would take a year to really judge. i'm just sick of people claiming dramatic results and not showing pics, that's just unacceptable and an insult to all of us. i swear to you guys i will show pics if my hairline regrows, that would be the first thing i did.

i agree plenty of pics showing improvements where hair never growed before from anything. Plenty of evidence from research posted as well, I do not Need to see squeegee pics to make me feel better, would be nice but if he doesn't want to now respect it. Look up some other pics users posted. It's an experiment do it for 20 weeks and if you see no improvements then start posting about how it doesn't work.

All posts should be results and research only without without the girly talk. We don't know what will happen week 20 but we have seen good results in nothing like before. Squeegee is just one guy and he is doing it more aggressive than anyone, results will vary.

I'm thinking of waiting 9 days, 9 is the number of transformation plus I think a few days of extra healing may kick start growth.

where is Jason this guys update would be nice, he has the best results seen so far, this is for the crybabies look up his before after I'm not researching for you

I accumulated knowledge with time and have a good background fighting hairloss.I pretty much tried everything..I believe in the treatment and my results are great. This is why I hang-out here and support it .My hairline is slowly filing in and getting thicker everyday.. I want to fully recover from the crazy shed I went through.. then I will post some positive pics for the troops. I don't own sh*t to you..or anybody Just "black list me" in your control panel and go on with your miserable life blaming others. You such a kiddo.. go hug mommy.

I believe most improvements to hairloss begin with the thickening of fine hairs and could take several hair cycles as each new hair grows hopefully thicker and longer - like a baby's hair as he becomes a toddler. I don't expect existing fine hairs to suddenly become thicker, and to grow hair on a temple area that was slick bald would be the last to improve, IMO. So photographic evidence might not be apparent this early in a new treatment but many of us know our hair well enough to know when something positive is happening. I'm going to stick with it.
