New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Hi I am Argentine. not speak English is so hard for me to understand, use a translator! I can say with washed his head after completing the roll? I Started 4 days ago, and roller wash it with alcohol and very hot water. My head does not wash because I did not have many blood points.

I support the idea of Micro-needling and had no problems to help people when the experimental thread first started.. then it backfired on me because some people didn't get the desired results from this experiemental treatment. If you don't understand the abstract or studies that I posted previously, or don't want to understand why you are getting results from the derma-roller, then that won't help you. I don't need a "fanbase" I am not CS from Immortal hair.. Not here to please and answer everybody in this huge thread. talking about my life being meaningless and your are the one posting videos of you GF derma rolling your stupid skull. We have no idea where we'll be collectively at the 12 month mark next July, but whatever happens, I know that I personally won't regret trialling this.

Swingline.. I been here for a long time.. I was the guinea pig of many treatments, been fighting hairloss since I am 24 years old. I still have my hair BTW. I also 100% support micro-needling, I am having positive results and believe in the the idea/science behind it.. this is why I hang-out here or I will be another FredtheBelgian venting in the impact of hairloss thread..

These posts are derailing the thread. Yes rolling w/ minoxidil is helpful and has had great results for some people, there is no cure for male pattern baldness... you have to find treatment(s) that work for you.

Is anyone applying cetirizine as well?

& how do you know? A study conducted on loosening the Galea showed that everyone stopped their hair loss & most regrew hair. This is a cure in the making. Just because science doesn't back it up completely doesn't mean it isn't a cure. There is enough scientific/anecdotal proof that satisfies me enough to call this a cure. I've seen a few studies but I'm hoping maybe squeege can post studies on the scalp remodeling itself like he claims it does. Maybe he did maybe he didn't... But to me it's just common sense that the scalp would remodel itself after wounding.

Honestly being irate doesn't assist in getting more people on board to really test anything and see results. And if thats not what you're looking for then just stop posting period.
IMO (for what its worth, "oh you contribute nothing to this thread mer mer mer swear swear cuss") you would want to answer some questions, and be a bit more open with people even if it is repetative because the more people trying this the more you can get R&D.
There is NO science behind this. There is theory, in order to consider it science you need R&D and a majority of results.
You need different scenarios. People using finasteride+minoxidil, people using only minoxidil, people using neither with the rolling.

I think the best option for images is really what I have. A ****ty blog post with my images updated as I go. Its too easy to have media get lost in a thread like this.
If you feel you are repeating maybe update your very first post on the first page and direct people there if you still have edit access.

Maybe Jlyncher who started the actual thread (if hes still around) could update the first original post with some updated info.

Pretty sure there is science to this.

A shred? WTF? a shed... I am not OCD on pictures and my hairline like some of you guys.. I have nothing to proved to anyone on here. If you don't believe in this experimental treatment, you all welcome to quit. Less problems child to deal with. I will post updated pictures later like I mentionned many times.. when it would be more convincing.. end of the story. There are plenty of pics already available on here from members and most of them show radical improvements already. You don't need me to prove yourself that the treatment work.. :salut:

It is micro-needling, we're not talking major wounds like the BBQ guy.... it is a safe process but a slow one. People don't understand this at all. This is why it is important to go be aggresive with it and be patient.

my head was itching like OMG a lot i think after 7th roll but only that for like couple of days, might be a placebo who knows. do you notice increased diameter of existing hair?(pull a hair and compare its base to its end.the base should be twice thick and 6 weeks should be enough to show this).do you notice decrease of shedding? if shedding still increases its good it means more follicles reset cycle.you MUST keep doing it.i dont know but i believe after my horny rolls lol i noticed increase of everything to the good ofcourse. and on the other hand why not to work ? all the science back it up perfectly.bbq guy does,my wound under my pec does.my male pattern baldness is going away.man just keep doing it we have found the holy here.,and all this s hit, with no existing cure sucks.

when my capitalistic dream comes true i am moving close to you with a norwood-1 eyebrow level and a bugatti convertible.

I will do the hair pull when i get home, i am shedding pretty good stll, really hope it slows down soon. I cant really tell at all if i have any extra thickness on the hair shafts. Hopefully as i approach 2 months i will see a decrease in shedding and then start some growth the next month. Keep in mind i only do minoxidil once a day. I just thought about something, i started putting retin a in my minoxidil every couple days, wonder if that is causing the itching

it might be but who knows. if you want to decrease minoxidil ,i would suggest to increase it 4-5 days 24h after wound and stop it the rest.

lol if you focused your energy defending squegee all the time on growing hair back you'd be at a norwood 0. we are all one big dysfunctional family just trying to regrow our hair. i had my fair share of beef with squeegee but in the end when i post pics i know he'll benefit from it and if he post pics (finally) i'll definitely be looking forward to see his.
