Jesus Christ... hair loss forums really are hell on earth.
Decades of praying for salvation, then out of nowhere it is on the cusp of becoming a reality.. and people start arguing about the price..

Unreal. Wake up.

The price will go down and the quality will go up. I'd probably wait until they and other companies get the tech down ANYWAY.

And who cares if your broke. The difference between impossible and expensive is everything to me...

This. That’s why I’m saying most of members here are the way they are for other reasons and not hair loss.

Hello! I am Fuji Maru Kagurazaka.
I live in Tokyo, Japan. Thank you.

Although this is TV news, it can be inferred that people's interest is high for nearly five minutes.

Regarding cost, neither Dr. Takashi Tsuji nor RIKEN is mentioned.

People say they will serve $ 455 to $ 9.100 in US dollars.

Starting experiments of mice with human hair follicles starting in July 2018.

If safety is confirmed, we plan to start testing with male alopecia male in 2019.

Then it adapts to female alopecia and congenital alopecia.

In 2020 ordinary people will be able to receive treatment.

May God bless your scalp!

No problem we are all here to compliment each other. I do have one question though... do men make fun of your small peepee too or nah? like when you two tug and go arrrrnggh and your peepee is half the size of the other peepee you rub with, do they complain about it or? Enlighten us.

You and your boyfriend are upset because you are miserable. And because you have really small peepees. My peepee is big. God took away my hair but blessed me down there. At the end of the day, I win you lose. Burn lad.

Assuming everything proceeds as anticipated (knock on wood), I believe the future of this technique would perhaps be best served in the hands of machines, as in AI, machine learning and advanced robotics.

Imagine a machine that could replicate a natural head of hair. Using different size hairs at differring angles in an irregular natural pattern at the hairline. The natural density and patterns that are found across a healthy scalp. actually collecting huge amounts of data from scalp scans and then allowing you to alter select the exact pattern you want....
Instead of some old a**h** planting a ridiculous line of thick hairs in a razor sharp line at the top of your head.

Agreed, for now we still have MSPaint

Or maybe ARTAS will improve, who knows, combining a better ARTAS with unlimited grafts from Tsuji's hair multiplication, and we got a winner

I remember I first start researching hair transplants when I was in my early 20s and I was horrified... These "intelligent" surgeons absolutely butchering people and then creating these hideous hairlines... I couldn't believe it. I was watching videos thinking these guys are f*****g retarded.

...and yet, the amazing work tatoo artists can do. I think I would rather have an art graduate do this on me than a med school grad.

and that picture you posted, what the f*** type of hairline is that? it's so bizarre. It's like they never even looked at a real hairline before. they just do this weird standard technique that looks stupid. I actually hate them. Smug fucks, talentless. And they talk about finasteride and minoxidil as if revealing some expert wisdom. douchebags.

Some of butchers, and a few do the best they can, this business became so lucrative in the last two decades, no wonder that half of surgeons are becoming specialists in hair transplantation, massacring the life of some unfortunate brothers and sisters for a new Porsche.

In my personal opinion, hair transplants will always look somehow unnatural, specially for trained eyes like ours, we must accept the compromise.

If only a gifted player like Boston Dynamics would partner with Tsuji for a fully automated transplant procedure...damn

Edit : Hell, i'm sure they got everything they need with japanese robotics

If I did Hair transplants i would be a mastercraftsman.. If I had a pallet of infinite hair sizes, I would replicate a natural hairline to the finest detail. I am an artist.

Hair by hair I would create works of art. Hair transplant surgeons are generally talent-less assholes.

Tsuji will be the beginning of a new chapter for sure. Antiandrogens and feminization methods for hair is a ridiculous mindset. However, I think you are all watching a bit too much Westworld talking about AI and sh*t. Be happy if this thing can provide us with hair that doesn’t fall out and in the hands of a few top surgeons in the world. Then we can all be nw0 and we are gonna rename this to peepeetalk and make fun of @BalderBaldyBald peepee size.

Let's say your NW3 and go for Tsuji, go back to NW0, how are you gonna save the remaining hair genius ? Just like a regular hair transplant btw
Or maybe you're gonna choose the second option, depilate all your precious remaining hair all the way down to NW7, then go for a 70-80K grafts session ? With your buttbuddy top surgeon ? And good luck for the final result.

Man, you're really dumb, do some basic logic exercises

I don’t follow. I am a nw5. I will have surgery every 12 months until I am at a nw0 or at a Norwood I feel happy about. What am I missing here, I feel you are trying to tell me something.

Man i just thought about this how is it medically possible to sustain 80k grafts in one session lol. Plus in their latest press release they're now claiming 5000 to 10 000 generated hair follicles per session.
