OK, I figured out how to dissolve the RU into my stemoxydine at the require microdose while going for my night walk.

5 grams of RU (what I got) is roughly equal to 2 teaspoons, I measured this in a small measuring cup.
So 1/8 of a teaspoon gives ~300 milligrams.
If I dissolve that into 84 ml of Garnier Stemoxydine, and take 4 ml each day, I will thus be taking ~15 mg of RU each day. I can monitor the sides at that level. I dissolved it into two bottles of stemoxydine tonight, that should give me enough to last ~42 days.

I will start the RU in a few days, at a daily dose of 15 mg. My regime will then be complete, barring future variations in dosage of the constituents.

Well first thing, percentage is irrelevant, what matters is total dose, start from there. What dosage of RU do you want?

I'm a diffuse thinner like you - how much do you attribute your success to RU?​

I've also noticed you add peppermint oil to your nizoral and conditioner.
And I've seen @kj6723 adds it to his minoxidil.

Is that just to make it smell nice?​

Me I just added 2.5 grams in 50 mls of K&B.
It takes 30 seconds of stirring to have a stable solution.

I started the minoxidil and RU at the same time so I don't know what did what.

I want 5% of RU, in a 5% minoxidil liquid lotion that I buy. And I need 3ml so I can cover the entire scalp. That is all.
Im thinking of 18ml per batch, longer than that and im paranoid it will deteriorate.

Im also asking how many days does the RU last after you pour the powder inside a vehicle whether it is minoxidil or anything else but apparently nobody gives a f*** about answering that.

3 ml of 5% is an insane dose. The highest dose I've ever heard of anyone taking, and above that if the safety trials.

Maybe buy 2% minoxidil to use 3 ml, and make it 1 or 2% RU at most.

6 dosages of RU, where the standard dose is 50 mg, means you need 300 mg, approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon of the powder. Do you have measuring spoons?

@Swoop is the local chemistry expert. He says RU is stable.

That's a lot of minoxidil, you can probably reduce it by now.

1 ml of 5% once a day is almost certainly enough once you've reached the saturation point. The higher doses may help you achieve the effect earlier.

I add it to enhance circulation and penetration of minoxidil. Trying to get real aggressive on what's left of my recession

smells fine but I wash it out in the morning because I don't want to walk around smelling like a candy cane

Well "good results" might be a big word for it. It is mixed actually. I did not stop the loss, but I have some little regrowths from minoxidil mixed with progesterone. To cover my head I use more than 2ml but only once a day, and some days I don't apply. I think it is okay to put more than 2ml, my only concern on that matter is progesterone not minoxidil.

But the thing to remember here is: I used to apply 2ml minoxidil alone /day. With 4 ML minoxidil+progesterone/day I see BETTER results.

Yeah, I use about a full cap of the foam on my head in the morning, and about 2-3 ml every night....All just in my hairline and frontal area.

Did you see the guy with the great accent "Somebody" I think is his user name... he dermarolles every day then apply minoxidil. He has had great results. He also use vodka to desinfect his dermaroller

Yeah I'm aware of his thread. Inspiring success story! I am sketched out by dermarolling though so I'm trying other means to improve absorbtion... Tretinoin and peppermint oil
