Yea, she's probably pretty when she wears her hairpiece. I would be too. All the bald men/women here would be pretty if they wore wigs. But that doesn't really matter to her or any of the rest of us. We want our living growing hair that's a natural part of our body.

Yes plugs/drugs produce hairs that are a natural part of our body. Drugs and plugs produce hairs that sprout outward from inside the human body and those hairs grow. They aren't attached to a base and put on the top of our heads. If I got my hair back via drugs/plugs I would tell everybody. I would go on TV and tell the world. But if I got my hair back via a wig I would keep it secret from everyone except the people I pay to install it on me and maintain it on me.

I have a different definition for "natural" than you in this instance.

In this instance, as far as I'm concerned if it's your own living growing hair, sprouting from inside of your skin, people will see it as the same thing as your god-given hair.

That's not true. Hair is important but it's not the only factor in good looks. Facial features; feminine for women and masculine for men, symmetry and proportions, skin, height and physique are important too. You can't just take any given person and give them good hair and VOILA - they're attractive! They have to have other good features as well.

Don't agree, look at Prince William with and without hair. A great head of hair can do incredible things.

They don't necessarily have to have great features but it certainly helps if they do.
Like cocohot's example of prince William shows some guys with bad features look good with hair. But like you said there are some people with bad features who won't become beautiful even if you give them hair.

I'm not saying I have it worse than anyone here, quite the opposite, but I'm kinda offended when someone has the nerve to ask "has your life really been that bad?" after all the sh-t I've been through.

I don't hang around here as often as I used to so I was unaware of all the sh*t that you have been going through so I apologize. I wasn't asking to be a dick, but I have seen too many "my life is over" posts from guys that eventually post their pics only to reveal they have a full head of hair. I am not saying a guy in the early stages of hair loss shouldn't be upset, but sometimes we really need to take a step back and put things in perspective.

Regardless, I also didn't really understand the avatar choice of this perfect looking man with hair, I can only imagine how in this safe haven, some members on here would appreciate seeing it. I agree that men are OK with women wearing wigs whereas women snicker at men who wear wigs, but men do not think that a wig on a woman's head is = to her own living growing hair.

We have all had this discussion many times and it's a false idea that if a woman wears a wig that solves her hair loss problem. The people around her and the men in her life will not feel the same way about her wig as they did about her real hair. And they will think about what she really looks like under her wig. They will even try to imagine it.

Yes, there is a difference between real hair and wigs even for women. Yes hairloss is hard even for her. But EL has many attractive feminine traits that are coveted by the male population. She is young, great facial structure, banging body, and a very sexy voice. This puts her in the top segment of the female population in terms of attractiveness, hairloss or no hairloss. Most women who don't have hairloss cannot compete with her.

Anyway, all of this resulted in me suffering from terrible insomnia for years, that and a constant, chronic fatigue that barely has me out of bed most days.

I was just thinking about the insensitive comments that I made earlier in this thread. I am one of the older members on this forum and should not be questioning the pain of other hairloss sufferers. I really didn't know about everything you have been dealing with for a number of years. Insomnia, chronic fatigue...I can't even imagine what it feels like to have go through life like that. Barely enough energy to get out of bed. Just horrible. Unfortunately I can't offer much to help you, but I will say that as long as I have a face, you will always have a place to sit on.
