Question to propose for Tsuji, @hellouser. If Tsuji had an unlimited amount of money, how long would it take to commercialise cell regeneration treatment for hairloss?
They've already overcome this issue. Find Noisette's thread a few months back.Oh guys...we have not much time...
Can Shiseido really place their RCH-01 technology to the market NEXT YEAR?
Team Tsuji overcome their epithelial cell culturing problem and reach the market 2020?
It must be the best chane for us to get the answers...
Supposed to be permanent since the DHT resistant hair from the back is used to make the primordia.Question that might've already been answered, is it a once in a lifetime treatment or do you have to have it done every so often?
Appreciate your response, hair is way more complicated than a lot of people think, if Tsuji can figure this out I'd be stunned and amazed. I wish my hairloss didn't start until another 5 years later than I would have so much more options to combat it than Min and finasteride but hey it got me off my *** to try and find a good job.Supposed to be permanent since the DHT resistant hair from the back is used to make the primordia.
But we won't know many of the nuances involved until they perform a pivotal trial, when they attempt to optimize the technology.
Then there are practical matters to consider as well. Suppose you are an individual who is perhaps a Norwood 3 or 4 with a few years left yet before your loss stabilizes at Norwood 6. In this case, one might have to get multiple treatment as the hair in the affected region continues to miniaturize. Or, the primordia may interact with the sensitive follicles and rejuvenate them and/or immunize them. It would be hard to say what the practical answer is without data.
Another thing to consider is the fact that the pigmentation of hair can be controlled as well. I would imagine that the newly injected primordia will not gray at the same rate as the existing hair; this may in fact be an advantage as perhaps the newly installed follicles may be resistant to graying as well. But the awkwardness of this scenario is that it is very unaccommodating of the natural salt and pepper pattern of aging hair. Again, whether or not such a practical concern exists comes down to trying it out.
Finally, hair density is lost through aging alone, even if one has favorable hair genetics. It may be a bit ham-handed to say "once in a lifetime" because it may very well be several times in a lifetime to maintain density, even if one is only fighting age-related loss.
I think if he doesn't go he refunds your money so yea go ahead. Is there any point in donating $100, we are not even halfway there and it's in two weeks
Call me spiteful but I don't want to participate if this community can't even raise $5000! I mean we are all constantly bitching about hair loss and rightfully so, this is where the researchers are so WTFI think if he doesn't go he refunds your money so yea go ahead.
Completely true, we all b**ch and moan about hairloss but this is why companies haven't made a product. I donated $20 but that's because I don't have much at the moment or would have donated more.Call me spiteful but I don't want to participate if this community can't even raise $5000! At this point it's almost certain we won't raise the money unfortunately… We've only really had 33 people contribute I can contribute 100 right now and maybe another hundred right before the end of the month, but he has had this go fund me page for months I could've been steadily contributing but I only found it a few weeks ago. Regardless even if I did contribute to my full ability, it wouldn't have changed the outcome with what we are seeing from everybody else.Completely true, we all b**ch and moan about hairloss but this is why companies haven't made a product. In at $100, Does that count for 2 50s? What's the count up to?f*** it, gentlemen if I can get 10 people to commit to donating $50 or more I'll put up $500
f*** it I'll donate $100 in a few days once I get more money.I'm only hesitant because of my pessimism and feeling like we're not going to make it anyway. If I knew for sure it was happening, I'd contribute $50 or even $100.
The thing is having us there shows the companies that people actually care about hair loss enough to spend a sh*t ton of money to send a guy there so we can get information we'd probably get later on, the reason there hasn't been a cure yet isn't just because science isn't far enough yet, it's also because money isn't there yet.It would be great to get immediate news from the conference, but for everyone acting like those who don't donate are baby killers, we'll hear about any breakthroughs within the following weeks through normal outlets. It's not like we're funding some breakthrough studies or are realistically going to change anything; most companies refuse to clearly answer any of our questions anyway.
