Do you think trinov could help?Since I tried Cypro+Estradiol my hair loss has accelerated. Some guys are lucky, they can use every AA without side effects + lot of regrowth.
Don't try something stronger, you could regret it.

Yeah I’d tend to agree with that, but I’m gonna test it for a few months, got nothing to lose really. My hair loss isn’t too bad so I’d be happy just to stop shedding and have maintenance, then maybe get a small hair transplant.@kungfukenny : I really don't know. My intuition tells me it's useless and maybe snake oil, but I might be wrong.
Appreciate the reply. Is Trinov an anti androgen?@kungfukenny : Yeah you can try if you have nothing to lose.
I really don't know. I can't be sure you have RH, but if it's really your issue : avoid all anti-androgens ...
Maybe you could try Seti ...
Or Dermarolling + Minoxidil.
I'm sorry I can't really help you, and I don't want to tell you something that would make you do something detrimental for your hair. Because if you really have RH there is almost no hope :/ and taking AA would make everything worse.
So I should avoid trinov? I definitely have RH.@kungfukenny : yeah part of its action is antiandrogenic
No hope, but maybe you don't have RH. No hope for me, but I still keep trying (I'm stubnorn and desperate).
Good luck. Maybe something will work for you.
I never saw any studies or articles regarding RH or upregulation of the receptors. It is heavily floated on hair loss forums though (of course I might be ignorant to it or just did not research enough). It is mainly a conclusion drawn by antiandrogen users who experienced a worsening of their symptoms rather than an improvement. It is very possible that this is a real condition. In general all vasodilatators (including the Minoxidil which is part of the big 3) pose a risk of chest discomfort (or other vascular symptoms). If RH is a condition for real and you experience it, than even Nizoral will mess you up.
I do believe that OP drew his RH conclusion a bit early (only 2 months into treatment) though I understand his worries... if RH is real and he has it... then there are very few options left...
Wow that is so depressing. I’ve been so scared since yesterday after reading all this. I use nizoral every other day, it doesn’t seem to have any adverse effect.
I’m ready to kill myself after 6 months on topical Finasteride. I have lost so much hair so fast that I didn’t even think it was possible. My density is gone and I am angry.
If I had never touched minoxidil, RU or garbage Finasteride I still have a ton of hair. This nonsense ‘initiation shed’ has ruined my hair. I’m so angry.
Have you experienced an itchy scalp too since the hair loss sped up?
Decreased thickness of facial hair? Isn't that a symptom of low T and DHT?Hey guys, so I'm at a crossroads with my hair loss and I could really use some advice from users who have taken Finasteride. I've been on finasteride for 8 months (1.25 mg/day generic) and during this time I have experienced accelerated hair loss across the entire top of my head, and my sides have gotten noticeably thinner. Additionally, I have experienced increased scalp oil, chronic mild testicular pain (has never gone away), increased ejaculatory volume, and decreased thickness of facial hair. I'm really worried that I might have reflex hypoandrogenicity, and I'm very close to just quitting finasteride altogether and relying on minoxidil/dermastamp/massage protocol for preventing further hairloss. Any suggestions? Is recovery from reflex hypoandrogenicity possible?
