Replicel Is On Fire Lately — Data In Feb.

2014 when they announced that they oppened their stemm cell lab I should have bought some stocks.
And one could interpret the falling of the course since june is due to investors are nervous because there were no data released...
I know shiseido is a giant company and it can have potentally a thousand other reasons but if the course is further falling maybe they release the data sooner if it is good. To stop the trend.

What the hell do they mean ? I though they should be the one analyzing and announcing the result, now they say someone will do and therefore, they have no clue ? I am damn confused already

Many people wont be able to digest this. shiseido was one of the few treatments about which most of us were optimistic.

Maybe Replicel will announce the results- after all they are two separate companies.

Idk. I just feel that they are throwing the ball around. Btw, shiseido bought this technique, so they should be able to control everything, rather than relying on some "institution"

Because the studies are not run by the companies themselves. They are done by research institutions.

What's the problem here? Shiseido won't be the one releasing the info, the experimenters will. I'd rather have the data from the horse's mouth than a cosmetic company.

To make it clear, I am not freaking out when receiving this reply. It just simply surprises me that Shiseido the owner here and yet, they seems to have no clue regarding the progress. Even though the research institutions or whoever is doing the trial, Shiseido, as the payer / owner, should be well informed about the progress.

The trial is being conducted by Hospitals in Japan. The hospital will release the results once they are done with it.

What's the big deal? Are we dealing with millenials here?? This is not a reality show or facebook/twitter.. It's the real world. It's done when it's done. THEN they will release results.

The best clue we've got is the SHISEIDO's announcement (Marketing note) where they say they are expanding their market to all asia (cell therapy for hairloss).. which gives the clue that the sh*t works (otherwise why expanding the market?? or even talk about it?)

There is no downside to making such a statement (if it doesn't work--oops sorry) and only upsides (if it does work then they already drummed up attention for it)

So, you can't draw any conclusions from that announcement. All we can do is wait.
