I have trusted Shiseido with their 2018 commercialization goal and got disappointed. I’d like them to be more transparent for us. Why they cant give us a f*****g update of the trials when they will be finished? CEO Masahiko Uotani is only speaking about his f*****g second Skin Technologie. You are as over-exaggerating as always. 2018 was always the BEST scenario, and yet, BEST never happens, thats OK. Japanese honor their words, once they spoke, they must be confident about what they are declaring.
RCH was never their top priority because the market is so small compared to hair loss market. When will / can you understand that simple thing ? You are balding does not mean every one is balding. Skin, however, a huge cash-cow industry.

Right. Shiseido is doing the efficacy trial and it was supposed to last 2 years. It started in 2016 and thats why Replicel (buckler) says they should release results soon.

Looking at 2-year efficacy, it seems like the treatment is NOT permanent and losing its efficacy over time and we got to inject our scalp for the rest of our life. Maybe after 5-years, every body is below baseline again ?

I believe because the study is designed with different variables to be observed, different doses, frequencies etc. They could report efficacy, but it would be not the same thing as the real dose/frequency of when targeting efficacy. Right?

The improvement must be visible. I need to look at the mirror and think: "Wow, this really made a difference." If Shiseido says that "5%" is the best they do and Tsuji says the word "delay", I am going to stock finasteride for world ending events.

I don't understand why anyone would be hyped about this, i'v seen placebo with more then 5% improvement.
My guess is the "improvement" comes from the additional blood flow caused by the injection itself and not whats inside.
its basically a PRP 2.0, nothing to see here.

Looking at the 2 year efficacy? Seems like losing efficacy? Where did you see those results? I thought that subjects were above baseline 2 years post injection. Where are you guys getting this info? I'm lost here

Thanks for the link. I just read it but I cannot confirm your claim. At 2 years, it is stated that they are ABOVE baseline, but about 1-2 percent points below the density they had at 6 months. How is that congruent with "they lost what they regret"?.

That is just demonstrating maintenence, which is awesome for a treatment in which we don't have to take a pill and apply a liquid every single day of our life.

The regrowth was not permanent, thats why I said "they lost what they REGREW", I never said "they lost what they MAINTAINED". It keeps going down over the years. Who knows how long can it last before it falls below baseline again ? Yet, they did not talk about efficacy for 5-years, why, maybe below baseline ? Who knows ?

Yup, I am not complaining. Willing to inject every few years. No problems.
