RU Side Effects & Androgen Levels: User Feedback Required

Curious to know; how many guys using RU are also on TRT or have naturally High Free Test / DHT levels??

Im asking because im wondering if having low Free T or DHT could increase side effects of RU due to an increased ratio of RU to Free T/DHT in the system around heart chest etc....

That would explain why some ppl get horrible sides from RU because maybe they dont have enough Free Androgens competeing for receptors in systemic areas etc...

If thats the case Im curious to know: Those of you who have had sides, were you on TRT? Do you know what your Free T/DHT levels are when you took RU?

And of those of you who had no sides; Do you know what youre Free Androgen levels are / were as well?

Maybe cycling gear with RU would make it more safe due to competeing androgens... we only need it on the scalp anyway.... JM2C

Not sure. I have already been using for 7 years finasterid, minoxidil, nizoral, low dosage avodart. I guess I will have dht like a baby now (I hope). But I'm stil loosing hair, so I did try Ru58841 (from anagenic )for 3 weeks but got terrible side effects. Just wanted to report my side of the story.

So I have/got pain for 50 days in chest muscle, sternum, shoulder and right lower arm. It have been better now, but the sides are still not gone. It seems like Ru58841 binds to maybe muscles in chest/shoulder (thats my theory?), since I got to the hosptial and everything was fine on EKG, MRI, X-ray and blood works where fine. I should also point out that I have been doing rock climbing for 10 years, so I was hoping it may have been muscle pain from that. But at the same time it is weird I have been climbing for years without pain and immediately when I started RU I noticed gradually pain. Just watned to report my side "anecdotally"

Anti androgen have been prescribed to older men since the mid-1970's , flutamide which is quite powerful and was used orally at 250mg a day was one the first, so that's very effective to combat hair loss as the drug gets effectively delivered to each hair follicle via blood stream, and at high dosages.

We do not have reports of men growing back lost hair on these type of drugs, and we are talking decades of usage, this is also line with the Norwood experiments from the 1940's..

IF you have lost coverage issues, aka a big forehead, your best bet is to go for a FUE transplant, techniques have improved a lot these last years and that's what I had done. In fact I have a nicer hairline than what I had at 18, with a very close to natural density.

Amen to that . People just don’t get it . They thing that oral antiandrogen were discovery yesterday.

CB was tested by mustang from anageninc aka kane. purity came back at 47%. I think you are a shill for kane thats just my opinion and btw RU doesnt work its all in your head.

well true 47% purity seems odd, its just too low. but why would he lie about it? dont make too much sense, he even recommended to use RU/CB to a guy that was on topical dutasteride. honestly this mustang guy is a weirdo and promotes the topical dutasteride he is using.

RU gave me chest pressure the first few minutes after application, slightly heavier breathing, and a pressure under my adams apple where the throat is. like someone was sticking a finger hard under my adams apple. probably lowered my sex drive too honestly. but I was using 150-200mg daily. some people are more sensitive than others but dont ignore these side effects you are afterall putting a research chemical on your head. maybe try CB instead but some claim side effects from even CB usage.

No it's new since the shedding started and mostly localized where I am losing hair, which means it's the follicles being chewed up. Could be the drugs, but like I said I used finasteride for 6~ years prior to this and I never got any sides and it predates me starting dutasteride so it's not that either. This is why I think I need a topical AA, because I think this could be the new spike in scalp testosterone causing it or my fluctuating DHT levels this year.

I think most importantly I need to see a dermatologist but I will go pick up some hydrocortisone cream right now to see if it helps.

I read some guys on dutasteride shedded hair for 5 or more months and then eventually it stopped and the hair got thicker so chill with RU or CB for now wait abit longer I would say before you throw in the towel and experiment with these chemicals.

150-200mg a day is insane though. I'm planning to use 20mg.

People react differently to different chemicals. Some people take ridiculous doses. Some people attempt to load certain drugs as if they're about to do a limited 12 week steroid blast. Most people on this forum are better at growing tits than hair. 1. Inhibit DHT, 2. stop androgens at the receptor site, 3. growth agonist. If that doesn't work for you you might as well grow some tits.

Why are people even discussing this drug in 2020 ? get on CB aka Clascoterone, same mode of action without the side effects and unknown other potential effects.

I know you had personal success with cb but ru is not dead. I haven’t seen anybody on here that posted pics with success using cb as a standalone treatment. I have with someone using ru as one.
I tried both and wasn’t much help.
