And should not topical spironolactone have an inverse reaction if applied to body hair!

I read many studies showing the efficacy of spironolactone 5% cream on acne, hirsituism and hair growth and I bet it works well using it just overnight. However, results cannot be compared to finasteride... it has a weaker effect.

There's a study where subjects used a 3% spironolactone lotion twice daily with success but results came after the 6 month mark (differences between start point and 6th month weren't significant).

Here's a pretty good example I found through google. This guy explains exactly what that study said... it took him 4 months to stop fallout and 8 months to see regrowth.

BTW I've been aplying it for 2 months just on temples because I'm a diffuse thinner and applying it onto the whole scalp is definitely too messy. :(

Do you know where can we find that study?

18 months to achive results (that what the guy in the other topic said) that's too much

Here it is:

It takes 8 months, not 18. Doesn't finasteride take 8 or more in some cases?

RU is great but hard to get, expensive and it's a hassle to ship it to the States.

Are you serious? That's you? I thought it was from a tv show or something.

Of course it's me.
What TV show? Do I look like someone famous ? :) I think it's the glasses.

I agree with Cassin. Don't know if it's the coloring of the photo, your hat, the glasses, or what, but you DO look like someone out of a TV show. Like a British sitcom from the 70's or something :)

Who takes all of those pics of you???

mostly friends and colleagues, I crop them so you can just see my head.
I love vintage clothes from 60's, 70's. I get them from ebay. A few months ago I got original black leather jacked from California Punk Squad from 1976. It's really nice.
I like to look different sort of out of place. People always ask questions about my style.
