Although I have no scienfic basis for saying this, I honest believe that many of the claimed psycological side effects of finasteride are caused by depression. Brain Fog, erection problems, lack of sex drive lethargy etc are all classic symtoms of depression.

No I don't. I talk like someone who found an alternative to finasteride that works even better without those particular side effects, minoxidil -- I realize I'm also fortunate in this case. Someone who chose to answer the simple question. "Scare stories or for real!?" My answer is (after many years of use in some cases, for some people (the amount largely undefined and mostly based in LIMITED clinical studies as opposed to LONG TERM REAL-WORLD CLINICAL USAGE) most definitely yes, they are for real.

It would be foolish and unrealistic to think you could inhibit ANYTHING or even alter hormonal levels and ratios without some consequences. Certainly my advice would be to seek medical council, and get tested first, if you decide to go that route.... especially since, I assume, most of you are not.

I think I might start finasteride at .25mg just because I dont think I need to inhibit all the DHT that 1mg of finasteride does. I like my DHT, but lowering it some might help my hair I still want some 5ar2 enzyme though.

Stopping DHT seems kind of stupid considering we dont even understand what DHT does exactly. I mean we know a lot, but we certainly are missing lots still just on DHT alone.

My breasts has changed and i'm beginning to have gyno. My boobs are with the cone form.

But i dont care. I prefer to have cone breasts than be bald. I can be both but at least i tried.

Most men would prefer to have a little of boobs but with full head of hair.

I think so. I've noted it more than one month. But what's the problem with it. I'm 24 hours with my cloths on: a pair of jeans with a pullover in the day and pijama in the night.

I dont think that would work... they would only get yelous off how much hair the monkey have compared to them self.
