Well, based on Kythera's presentation material in March 2015 (can be found on their website) the safety profile of Seti has been proven across numerous studies and there have been very few side effects - and even then, only one severe side effect was noted down during studies. Therefore, that should not be a cause for concern and given that the Seti goes through testing it should all be fine - providing the actual make-up of the drug has been mapped correctly. In terms of obtaining some, is there going to be another Seti group buy soon? I would be interested in trying to get some and then just taking 200mg orally - partly as I would like to replicate what is intended with the drug, and also because I would not want to go through the process of making a topical.
