You are 17 right? Can't you just maintain with fina and get 2 transplants to fill places in need?

My hair loss is pretty severe, but follicles are still intact, I just need... to thicken them up, I have thin hair around balding areas, weird is, I am flaking in those places and my hair/scalp is pretty oily as well.

I feel like my total skin unit (on scalp especially) is just very androgen sensitive, I dont know how to deal with this.

Don't know if you are blond but for folks who aren't tall and who were very attractive as boys in high school, I know how to do this and that was my original goal with my blog but MtF's often refuse to listen and they object when you tell them how to approach things. Being tall doesn't mean a person can't be successful but they need to have had minimal growth of facial features and usually need to be skinny (not broad-shouldered) as males.

My plan is getting on bica soon, with the supervision of a doctor, if that wont work I might try 2mg E + 5mg minoxidil, when that wont help as well, I will just go for the system, I cant be bald, its just not for me personally. My face, shape, everything, is made to have hair lol.

That's way too young for transplants. People need to know if they have high fringe and if their fringe has stopped actively balding or transplants can be a disaster plus psychologically, transplants are inferior to regrowth. For high fringe folks, though, results-wise, transplants are the best way to approximate a juvenile hairline but those folks tend to be rare.

Spyro can help with oily scalp, and if you need thickening you should just use oral minoxidil. Better than growing clit i guess.

It's not about age at all. You can use finasteride and other AA even at 11 if you are fully matured male.

Yes, but doctor won't allow it to me. I will have another appointment soon. before that I need a full hormonal profile to decide the dosage of bica.

Thing about OP is he probably never had great hair to begin with anyways, as he is 18. So it might be easier for someone like that to accept shaving it versus others who had great heads of hair into their 20s or beyond.
