Should I Become A Hat Prisoner To Hide My Bad Hairline Until I Can Afford A hair transplant?

I'm already on my way to 30, I'll be there before I know it, and my testosterone is already at its lowest. An ectomorph with no libido can't possibly build any mass.

Fair enough. For me something as stupid as lifting weights has been life altering, I think it also did wonders for @WhitePolarBear (perhaps in combination with a secure relationship) but I can see why you feel it will do nothing for you, perhaps even further damage.

You taking finasteride dude?
Yes, I'm on finasteride, minoxidil, ketoconazole shampoo and recently started derma rolling (not sure if it has any effect yet).
I'm pretty sure I would be NW4/5 if I didn't start treatments. As of now I'm NW2,5 with weak crown.

If it makes you feel better, I say go for it. That's how I've dealt with it at least. I know I'm misrepresenting myself by wearing a hat, but unless I'm going on a first date, I don't think it matters too much. People wear hats everywhere and I have no idea how many of them are balding like me. Plus now that it's getting warmer out, it makes more sense for me to wear a hat. I don't want the sun beating on my head when my hair is thinning.

If I go out and I'm not wearing a hat, I make sure I'm dressed in clothes that I think I look good in and I avoid all mirrors/reflections like the plague. Helps with my confidence and to get me through the day.

Yeah, because you're both good-looking and almost fullheads, of course it has been "life altering" for both of you.

You'd be surprised my friend. Sucks you'll never know based on how you're speaking.

I'll never know because I can't get any result.

Dont have to do it for results. It will alter your brain chemistry and help you get rid of depression it does so for me every day. Dopamine maxing brah

Ignoring the shoulder problem, I have no energy at all, I can barely get through the day with vitamins and supplements. And i hate wasting time, especially surrounded by good-looking, muscular fullheads looking at me with disgust
Thats the thing the more you workout the more energy you'll have (energy pump) without overdoing it ofc. Also I get not wanting to show up at the gym. Just go hours that nobody is there or buy weights and do exercises hardcore at home (Rocky style). I've already told you you have warrior spirit most people at your position would've given up but you persist and continue treatment and focus on your career dont give up !

I can honestly say that results is just a by-product, if I was promised no muscle gain or tone, I'd still do it. However results do get me to go when I'm having one of those "f*** it I'm not going" days, which is maybe once a week or fortnight. So I'd still go at least 4 times a week.

I get this.

Personally when I see an overweight guy or boney kid trying to get somewhere, I've got a lot of respect for them. I've got a naturally broad physique and slim waist (which hides how deceivingly overweight I've been I'm the past) and average height so I probably never looked out of place, it's much harder to be motivated when you've got an uphill battle.

Everything about this killed me. Especially the "tag a baldy" ending with crying laughing emoji.

Something inside of me desperately wanted this to be some perverse awareness or appreciation thing, knowing full well it wasn't, but when that ending came damn. She's not even pretending to be a decent person.

Let me get this straight, I already have absolutely no energy, but if I start lifting I'll magically feel more energetic and not wake up exhausted at all. Seems legit

This is completely true, fuuuuck man. you need to gym asap

Did you even read what I wrote? I barely have enough energy to concentrate on my job and survive until 8 pm, I should risk to be even more tired and less efficient (and maybe risk to lose my job) just to waste time in a gym, surrounded by people who'll laugh at me and make me feel even more frustrated, inadequate and depressed, without a slight chance to get any result? What the f***?
30 minutes per day is enough.

I don't really care to convince anyone but just so it's known, guys who've had no athletic experience whatsoever can put on the most muscle (though leaving it until a guys in his 30s isn't advisable as testosterone and HGH lowers severely). Your muscle fibres won't be used to the stress of breaking down, so will rebel against it recovering faster than say, a guy who lifts once or twice a week since he was a kid.

Building muscles when young in teens or 20s is so important because EVEN if you stop for a while even a few years--it will come back much easier and faster then for someone who never worked out. This is why I always tell girls in 20s to lift and not be afraid of building muscle mass.
