Did you even read what I wrote? I barely have enough energy to concentrate on my job and survive until 8 pm, I should risk to be even more tired and less efficient (and maybe risk to lose my job) just to waste time in a gym, surrounded by people who'll laugh at me and make me feel even more frustrated, inadequate and depressed, without a slight chance to get any result? What the f***?
You don't have to go to gym..you can get free weights and just do a 10-20 minute program at home to start and see how you like it...It will help you to actually prevent injury as you age if you do it correctly.
It's probably not going to help you get women--but it will help you age better for aches or pains (as long as you don't abuse body when lifting). If you really get into working out you can learn how to even work your body when you get back spasms or kinks how to work them out and prevent injury.
