Im NW6 since 25 years old and I cant afford (probably) 2 transplants that will probably cost me around 10-12k euros.
Apart from rope, what can I do ?

You will need more than 10-12k euros for 2 transplants if you are Norwood 6.

I would suggest saving aggressively as you will probably need at least 20-25k.

It sucks but rest assured with elite surgeons you can get a good result.

Actually it does quite a bit. Stop being a cheapass and get a good haircut, and instead of bitching all the time here lets see your hair so we can know what you actually present yourself with in public.

Good hair creates a halo effect which makes your other facial attributes look better. The same principle applies for women that have nice hair.

I myself let it get worse than it should because I was scared of finasteride and minoxidil side effects.

Also because I believed that hair didn't matter and only "confidence" did. I believed a lot of cliches that are spewed by people who were never actually bald.

Do you know how annoying it is to go on vacation, and have to avoid letting your friends see you are popping finasteride pills... Or putting on minoxidil secretly in the bathroom and having your hair look even worse, people probably thinking you are suffering from some illness or something.

Stress can definitely trigger male pattern baldness to progress faster if you have the genetic predisposition to it.

Mine kicked into overdrive during a period of particularly stressful events.

But yes, a failed transplant is completely devastating, for many reasons. The long wait, the anticipation, the money, everything. And then if your scars are bad then you can't even at least shave your head and keep some personal dignity.

This is why it's crucial to go only with the best surgeons, especially if you are a high Norwood and every graft is very precious.
