Stress can definitely trigger male pattern baldness to progress faster if you have the genetic predisposition to.

I admit my hairloss accelerated rapidly in a period where I was stressed cuz of university and cuz of heartbreak problems, but, broooooo.
I had a worse hairline at 25 than my father at 60....
