I have a decent sized willy but might trade an inch for a NW1, but if it's a tiny nub with NW1 vs bald and what I have now I would choose the latter. My reasons are I think I look ok with my baldness and am older so it's not such a big deal, if I was in my early 20's then I would take the small dick and Norwood 1.
Height is similar I am 6'1.5" but would trade 2-3 inches for a NW1 but not more than that as I think height can mitigate baldness somewhat.

Theoretically, it would highly unlikely to have a small dick AND be bald, since DHT is responsible for both the size of the penis and the regression of hair follicles. I don't think that is true. Both I and Exodus went bald very young, and we're on the smaller side.

I first started on finasteride about 7-8 years ago. I was kind of off and on because I got freaked about sides and fearmongering online. About 4-5 years ago, I finally went all in and started taking 1mg every day...buying online from places like unitedpharmacies and alldaychemist. I know I would be worse off hair-wise if I didn't take finasteride, and adding minoxidil helped a lot too.
The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I went into a hair transplant surgeon for a consult, and he told me to not get a hair transplant and just hit finasteride + minoxidil together, which have been fantastic for me.

Also: being good looking a mico drick is pretty much equivalent to being completely bald. You might do great with the ladieswhen you are 'covered up' but you know there will be a moment when you can no longer hide, which will inhibit your ability to enjoy your outside.

yes, that only applies to men. women in 98% dont have baldness, they dont have standards for their height, boob sizes or vagina look, they are inherently high value due to their biological ability to give birth, thus they are always sheltered and looked after
micro dick isnt the same as being completely bald, not even close. having micro penis is basically end of your romantic life and social life as well more likely. if you are bald you still have lots of options to get laid and u can f*** hookers on top of it
